Zonta Club of Caloundra Joan Ford and Judy Henzell Business Bursary

The Zonta Club of Caloundra Joan Ford and Judy Henzell Business Bursary was established in 2016 to support and encourage mature aged female students who have experienced educational disadvantage because of their personal circumstances. The bursary is awarded annually to students enrolled in a Bachelor of Business program at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC). The award is valued at A$2,000 and is paid to the student as a lump sum payment approximately three weeks after Census Date, once enrollment has been confirmed. This bursary is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor, and if funding is not available in any given year, the bursary will not be awarded. Previous recipients of the award are ineligible to apply, however previous unsuccessful applicants may re-apply.
