Tilskudd til jobbtilbud og veiledning
This grant program supports part-time jobs, summer jobs, job preparatory activities, guidance and courses for children and youth ages 0-24 who are at risk of social exclusion. The program aims to provide work experience through jobs arranged through municipalities or organized as work placements in businesses. Activities must take place during leisure time (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and include follow-up of both youth and employers. The grant can support offers of two-week summer jobs, weekly part-time jobs throughout the year, or job-preparatory activities such as job search courses, mentorship programs, and courses related to conflict management and social coping. Activities may also include volunteer work opportunities that help the target group enter the workforce, including practical work experience, CV and job application skills, and interview practice.
Lillestrøm næringsfond
Lillestrøm kommune has a small business development fund (næringsfond) established from hydroelectric power development compensation. The fund supports business initiatives that align with the municipality's goals and UN sustainable development goals. The fund capital is NOK 1,500,000, with returns available for grants and exceptional loans for businesses in Lillestrøm municipality. Priority is given to projects involving collaboration between multiple businesses, and funding must be catalytic for the proposed initiatives to be implemented. Supported projects must contribute new knowledge, develop the business(es), and increase attractiveness for Lillestrøm. The fund cannot support debt restructuring or ongoing operations, and is subject to EU state aid regulations. Funding typically does not exceed 50% of total capital needs, and recipients must submit a report upon project completion.
Avløsertilskudd ved sykdom og fødsel
This grant supports farmers and agricultural operators in covering costs for replacement workers when they cannot participate in farm operations due to illness, pregnancy, childbirth, or caring for sick children. The subsidy aims to help agricultural enterprises maintain operations during periods when the farmer is unable to work. The grant is available to those with business income from farms, horticulture, livestock production, or year-round greenhouse production. For plant production or honey production, the grant is available during the growing season from April 15 to October 1.
Lillestrøm kommunes ulvefond
Lillestrøm kommunes ulvefond is a local fund designed to co-finance physical measures that can contribute positively for residents, agriculture, and other businesses that face challenges with the presence of wolves. The fund's resources are primarily intended for measures in Lillestrøm municipality east of the Glomma river. The fund can cover costs for measures within several areas including wolf deterrent fencing for livestock beyond what other state support schemes provide, establishment of fenced areas for dogs, protective vests for dogs, municipal damage hunting teams (including courses, training and equipment purchases), local practical management, and other physical appropriate measures. For applications regarding predator-deterrent fences for grazing animals, there is a requirement that they follow standards set by the Environmental Directorate and that they are not covered by other state subsidy schemes. Applications must be submitted to Lillestrøm municipality via email or regular post, marked with Ulvefond D47019 and reference to case 26/00161. The application should contain a description of the measure including its effect, what will be done, why, when and how, along with a budget. If the measure has received or is planned to receive co-financing from other support schemes, this must be stated in the application.
Asker kommunes næringsutviklingsfond
Asker kommunes næringsutviklingsfond has the purpose of supporting innovation and transformation, so that Asker's business sector moves in a sustainable direction and more local jobs are created. The fund provides support for initiatives that promote innovation and transformation in the Asker community and contribute to the business sector developing in a sustainable and forward-looking manner. The initiative must be directed towards the priority areas that Asker municipality has adopted for business development and which are outlined in the Business Thematic Plan. The initiative must contribute to creating local jobs and promote the establishment of new businesses and/or transformation of existing companies. The initiative must have a level of innovation, be associated with real risk, and have realistic market potential. Support from Asker municipality should trigger additional financing from the grant system or private business - and vice versa.

Asker kommunes næringslivsutviklingsfond er et fond som skal bidra til flere lokale arbeidsplasser i Asker kommune gjennom å fremme etablering av ny virksomhet og/eller videreutvikle eksisterende bedrifter. Fondet retter seg mot innsatsområdene kommunen har vedtatt for næringsutviklingen, med særlig fokus på å styrke utviklingen i retning sirkulærøkonomi. Tildelinger fra fondet skal være utløsende for annen tilleggsfinansiering fra virkemiddelapparatet eller det private næringsliv. Tiltakene må være rettet mot innovasjon og/eller omstilling og bidra til at det skapes flere lokale arbeidsplasser slik at Asker-samfunnet utvikler seg i bærekraftig retning. Søkere må være AS eller enkeltpersonsforetak innen landbruk med hovedvirksomhet i Asker. Samlet offentlig støtte skal som hovedregel ikke overstige 50%, og aldri overskride 75%. Innvilgede søknader faller innenfor regelen om bagatellmessig støtte, og det stilles krav om rapportering på regnskap og oppnådde resultater.
RT-midler - Regionale tilretteleggingstiltak
The RT-midler (Regional Facilitation Measures) is a funding program established through the agricultural agreement, providing grants for regional business development, recruitment, and competence building in agriculture. The program aims to strengthen value creation in the agricultural sector through support for development initiatives in conventional or organic farming, other agriculture-based industries, and measures that enhance recruitment and competence among agricultural operators. Applications must be aligned with the Strategy for Agriculture 2026-2028 and its associated Action Program. The funding is distributed through two application rounds per year, with 75% of the available budget allocated in the spring deadline and the remainder in the autumn deadline.
Fagskoletilskudd - Driftstilskudd til høyere yrkesfaglig utdanning
Telemark fylkeskommune provides operational grants to vocational colleges (fagskoler) in the county to offer competencies needed by the labor market locally, regionally, and nationally. Both private and public vocational colleges can apply for funding to support accredited higher vocational education programs.
