About this opportunity

The ClimateCAP Fellowship is a transformational and immersive cohort-based experience for MBA students that enables and empowers them to become the next generation of climate leaders and changemakers. Over the course of 12 months, Fellows learn from guest experts and academic advisors, build community with each other, and work on an applied climate-related project with publishable results. The Fellowship prepares Fellows by empowering and equipping them with skills and resources through personal and professional development, learning, and mentoring opportunities. Fellows participate in workshops and intimate dialogues with thought leaders, develop a strong cohort community, and gain real-world climate experience by designing, testing, and implementing a climate action project during the course of the fellowship. The program includes no application fee or program cost, and Fellows receive a monetary award along with numerous other benefits including access to climate experts, networking opportunities, and professional development resources.
