Science Ambassador Scholarship

Cards Against Humanity Original Source

About This Opportunity

The Science Ambassador Scholarship is Cards Against Humanity's annual scholarship for undergraduate women and non-binary students pursuing degrees in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM). To apply, students must create and upload a three-minute educational video explaining a STEM topic they are passionate about. The video should be a mini-lecture demonstrating the applicant's passion for the subject, creativity, and scientific accuracy. The scholarship program has been running for 10 years and has awarded over $1.5 million in scholarships to date. For the 2026 academic year, the program is offering five $20,000 tuition scholarships. An advisory board of women and non-binary professionals holding higher degrees in various STEM fields reviews applications and selects finalists. Winners are announced in spring, with payments distributed directly to colleges or universities in the fall. Applicants must be high school seniors or current undergraduate students majoring in a STEM field. While U.S. citizenship is not required, applicants must attend or plan to attend college in the United States or a U.S. Territory. Graduate students are not eligible to apply.
