The Alberta Blue Cross Away from Home Scholarship supports recent high school graduates who have relocated at least 100 kilometers from their hometown to pursue full-time undergraduate studies at Red Deer Polytechnic. The scholarship recognizes both academic achievement and financial need among students entering programs of at least two years in duration. This award is specifically designed to assist Alberta residents who face the additional financial burden of relocating for their education. Students who are already receiving other awards totaling more than $5,000 are not eligible for this scholarship.
