The program is administered by the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) and supports voluntary organizations, faith and belief communities, municipalities, counties, and other eligible actors registered in Norway's Volunteer Registry. Project grants are available for specific initiatives such as dialogue meetings, information campaigns, videos, podcasts, websites, network building, workshops, exhibitions, guidance services, and various forms of mapping activities.

This is a comprehensive grant program from the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) providing operational funding to national and international youth and children's organizations in Norway. The program consists of two main components: national core support and international core support. The purpose is to facilitate children and youth participation in youth organizations, stimulate organizational engagement nationally and internationally, and secure organizations as arenas for democratic participation and decision-making. Tilskudd til slåttprosjekt - bruk av drone for å redde rådyrkalver
This grant supports the purchase or operation of drone equipment for finding and rescuing roe deer calves before mowing in Lillestrøm municipality. The program aims to protect wildlife during agricultural operations by providing financial assistance for drone technology and operations specifically designed to locate roe deer calves hiding in fields before harvest. The grant can cover up to 50% of costs for drone equipment adapted for searching for roe deer calves, and up to NOK 50,000 for drone operations in the mowing project. In cases of many applications and limited funds, the best projects will be prioritized. Applicants must describe the organization of the drone search, including drone pilots and support staff, planned scope (area and number of days), geographic coverage within Lillestrøm municipality, and how adequate response time and capacity is ensured when grass producers make requests.

Fritidskassa is a subsidy program offered by Asker municipality aimed at enabling more children and young people to participate in leisure activities. The program provides financial support to cover costs such as equipment, travel, camps, and participation fees for regular, organized activities. Organizations and associations that operate leisure activities for children and youth in Asker municipality can apply on behalf of members who need economic support. The target group is children and young people aged 0 to 24 years who require financial assistance to participate in leisure activities. Applications are processed on a rolling basis with an expected response within three weeks. The subsidy covers ordinary activities for one year from the decision date, but does not support advanced-level pursuits, one-time events, or legally mandated services.
