Trak Com Wireless Scholarship in Electrical Engineering
The Trak Com Wireless Scholarship in Electrical Engineering is an annual scholarship offered to continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is awarded to students entering their third, fourth, or fifth year in the Schulich School of Engineering who are majoring in Electrical Engineering. Selection is based on academic merit. The award is provided by Trak Com Wireless Inc., a donor supporting excellence in electrical engineering education.
Terence Penelhum Undergraduate Scholarship
The Terence Penelhum Undergraduate Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering third or fourth year in the Faculty of Arts at the University of Calgary, majoring in Philosophy or Religious Studies. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit. Two awards are available: one allocated to a student majoring in Religious Studies and one allocated to a student majoring in Philosophy. This scholarship was established by the former Faculty of Humanities, Department of Philosophy, former Department of Religious Studies, colleagues and former students of Dr. Penelhum to recognize outstanding undergraduate achievement in these fields of study.
