Centres of Vocational Excellence
The Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) is an Erasmus+ funding opportunity that supports the development of transnational networks providing excellence in vocational education and training. CoVEs aim to create skills ecosystems that respond to local, regional, national and sectoral skills needs while contributing to the European Education Area. These centers support vocational excellence through partnerships between VET providers, employers, research centers, development agencies and other key stakeholders. The initiative focuses on capacity building in the VET sector, fostering innovation, quality, and inclusion in vocational education and training across Europe and partner countries.
Partnerships for Excellence: European Universities – European Degree exploratory action
This Erasmus+ funding opportunity supports partnerships for excellence under the European Universities initiative, specifically focused on the European Degree exploratory action. The program aims to foster collaboration between higher education institutions across Europe to develop innovative educational approaches and strengthen the European Education Area. This exploratory action is designed to test and develop frameworks for European Degrees, which would allow students to obtain joint, double, or multiple degrees from partner institutions within European University alliances. The funding supports institutional partnerships that bring together universities to create integrated, transnational educational programs that enhance quality, innovation, and mobility in European higher education.
