The Veren Women in Engineering and Geoscience Scholarship is offered annually to female continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary. This scholarship recognizes academic merit and supports women pursuing studies in engineering or geoscience fields. Two awards are available, with one recipient selected from the Schulich School of Engineering and one from the Faculty of Science (majoring in Geology or Geophysics). The University of Calgary Engineering Alumni Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering their first year in the Schulich School of Engineering. This scholarship recognizes academic merit and provides financial support to outstanding students beginning their engineering education. The award is made possible through the generous support of the Engineering Chapter of the University of Calgary Alumni Association and the Schulich School of Engineering Associates Program. Two scholarships are available each year, with each award valued at up to $9,000 CAD.

The Ursula O. and Herbert Zandmer Combined Degree Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship provides two awards, with one designated for a student majoring in Chemical Engineering and one for a student majoring in Oil or Gas Engineering. At least one award is given in each major. Preference is given to students registered in a combined degree program in the Faculty of Arts or Haskayne School of Business. Recipients are selected based on academic merit. This scholarship was established through the Estate of Ursula O. and Herbert Zandmer to support engineering students pursuing combined degree programs.

The Urban and Regional Information Systems Association Scholarship is offered annually by the Alberta Chapter of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association to support students in geomatics and geographic information systems fields. This scholarship recognizes undergraduate students who are entering their fourth year at the University of Calgary and are pursuing studies in land information systems or geographic information systems. The award is based on academic merit and extra-curricular activities that benefit the community. Recipients must be majoring in either Geomatics Engineering in the Schulich School of Engineering or Geography in the Faculty of Arts.

The TransAlta Corporation Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering second year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. This scholarship was established by TransAlta Corporation in memory of G.A. Gaherty, late Chairperson of the Board of Calgary Power Ltd. (now known as TransAlta Corporation). The scholarship recognizes academic merit and supports students pursuing engineering studies. Five awards are available annually, distributed across engineering departments: one award each in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, and two awards in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Each scholarship provides $750 to the recipient.

The Trak Com Wireless Scholarship in Electrical Engineering is an annual scholarship offered to continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is awarded to students entering their third, fourth, or fifth year in the Schulich School of Engineering who are majoring in Electrical Engineering. Selection is based on academic merit. The award is provided by Trak Com Wireless Inc., a donor supporting excellence in electrical engineering education.

The Trajan and Florica Nitescu Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is based on academic merit and is evenly distributed amongst second, third, and fourth year students. Established by Mrs. Florica Nitescu in memory of her husband Trajan, this award recognizes outstanding academic achievement in engineering students. The scholarship provides up to $4,300 annually with three awards available. Students must apply through the My UCalgary Portal: Continuing Undergraduate Awards system.

The Ted Rogers Legacy Scholarship is offered annually to high school students entering the Faculty of Science or Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. This prestigious entrance scholarship recognizes academic excellence and leadership, providing significant financial support valued at $25,000. The scholarship is renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study, supporting students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. Recipients must demonstrate contribution to school and/or community life with demonstrated leadership qualities. To maintain the scholarship in subsequent years, students must remain enrolled in one of the eligible programs and achieve a minimum GPA of 3.20 over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms. The scholarship is available to Canadian citizens or permanent residents entering their first year of study.

The Tecterra Geomatics Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in their second year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary with a major in Geomatics Engineering. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit. This award is made possible through the generous support of Tecterra Inc., a company supporting geomatics and location-based technology development. Three scholarships of $10,000 each are available annually to support students pursuing studies in geomatics engineering, a field that combines spatial data science, surveying, and geographic information systems.

This scholarship was created for Svein Svarte in honour of his many contributions to the Professional Engineer profession and to the Alberta oil and gas industry. The award is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in the Schulich School of Engineering, majoring in Oil and Gas Engineering. Academic merit is the primary criterion for selection. Preference is to allocate one award to a female student and one award to a male student.

The Suncor Energy Emerging Leaders Engineering Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. This scholarship recognizes academic merit among students majoring in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Oil & Gas Engineering. The award is designed to support emerging leaders in engineering fields who demonstrate strong academic performance. Students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study are eligible to apply through the My UCalgary Portal continuing undergraduate awards application process.

The Stephanie Saul Memorial Scholarship in Engineering is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary, majoring in Electrical Engineering. The scholarship was established by Penn West Energy Trust, along with former classmates, family and friends of Ms. Stephanie Saul, a graduate of the class of 2009 in Electrical Engineering. The intent of this scholarship is to award a student requiring financial assistance who has the potential to be a good engineer. Recipients must demonstrate academic merit and be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents. Two scholarships of up to $4,500 each are awarded annually to students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study.

The Society of Petroleum Engineers Third Year Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering third year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is available to students majoring in Oil & Gas Engineering or with a minor in Petroleum Engineering. Awards are made on the basis of academic merit, with preference given to students who are members of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. This scholarship is funded by the Petroleum Society of Canada and provides up to $1,750 CAD per recipient. Two scholarships are available annually to support outstanding students pursuing petroleum engineering education.

The Society of Asian Scientists & Engineers (SASE) Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Science or Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship supports students majoring in specific science disciplines including Biological Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Environmental Science, and Natural Sciences, as well as engineering disciplines such as Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering. Recipients must demonstrate academic merit and be active members of the SASE Club. Three scholarships of $3,000 each are awarded annually to eligible students in their second, third, or fourth year of study.

This scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering first year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The award recognizes exceptional academic merit for students whose permanent home address and high school from which they will graduate must be at least 100 kilometres outside the Calgary city centre. International students are also eligible. The scholarship is renewable in the second and third years at the University of Calgary for $30,400 providing the recipient maintains enrolment in the Schulich School of Engineering and achieves a minimum GPA of 3.50 on a minimum of 30.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms. This prestigious award is made possible through the generosity of donor Seymour Schulich.

The Seymour Schulich Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship for Calgary Area Residents is offered annually to undergraduate students entering first year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. This prestigious scholarship recognizes exceptional academic merit and provides substantial financial support to students from the Calgary area. The award is valued at $15,200 per year and is renewable in the second and third years at the University of Calgary, providing continued support throughout the student's undergraduate engineering studies. To maintain the scholarship, recipients must remain enrolled in the Schulich School of Engineering and achieve a minimum GPA of 3.50 in the previous fall and winter terms based on a full course load of at least 30 units. Eligibility requires that the student's permanent home address is within 100 kilometres of the Calgary city centre, though international students are also eligible for this award.

The Senator Stan Waters Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering third or fourth year in the Haskayne School of Business, the Schulich School of Engineering or the Faculty of Arts, majoring in Political Science. The award recognizes academic merit and demonstrated leadership in student government and student activities, preferably with a business and/or political direction. Recipients must also demonstrate involvement in scholastic or extra-curricular activities that promote the development of superior communication skills. Up to $5,000 is available, with two awards granted annually.

The Schulich School of Engineering Scholarship is an entrance scholarship offered annually to undergraduate students entering their first year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The award recognizes academic merit and is designed to support incoming engineering students as they begin their undergraduate studies. Seven scholarships are awarded each year, each valued at $5,000. This is an internal scholarship funded by the Schulich School of Engineering, providing financial support to high-achieving students who have demonstrated strong academic performance in their high school studies and are pursuing engineering education at the University of Calgary.

The Raytheon Canada Limited Scholarship for Indigenous Students is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student entering third year at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is specifically designed to support Canadian Indigenous students pursuing studies in Electrical Engineering in the Schulich School of Engineering or Computer Science in the Faculty of Science. Recipients are selected based on academic merit. If no eligible applicants are found in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, consideration will be extended to Canadian Indigenous students enrolled in other disciplines in the following order of priority: Engineering (any department), Mathematics, Physics, or any other undergraduate faculty.

The R.W. Zwicky Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering their fourth year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship was established in memory of R.W. Zwicky by the Zwicky family to honor their husband and father. This scholarship recognizes academic merit among engineering students as they progress toward completing their undergraduate degree. The award provides up to $1,200 to support one exceptional student's educational expenses during their final year of study. Applicants must apply through the My UCalgary Portal for Continuing Undergraduate Awards. The scholarship is an internal award administered by the University of Calgary's Office of the Registrar and is available to students regardless of citizenship or residency status.

The Pine Creek Research Scholarship supports research at or in conjunction with the Pine Creek Research Centre. Valued at $4,000, this scholarship is open to students entering or enrolled in a full-time, thesis-based graduate program, or students in the final year of an undergraduate program in the Faculty of Science or the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. Applicants must submit a one-page research proposal that clearly describes the connection with the Pine Creek Research Centre. The scholarship was established by the Organizing Committee of the International Water Association 2005 Watershed and River Basin Management Specialty Conference, Calgary 2005. One award is available annually to support student research activities related to the Pine Creek Research Centre.
