Tilskuddsmidler til rekruttering og kompetanseheving i landbruket
Trøndelag fylkeskommune tilbyr støtte til rekruttering og kompetanseheving innen landbrukssektoren. Det overordnede målet med ordningen er å bidra til rekruttering og kompetansehevning av næringsutøvere som kan ivareta og styrke verdiskapingen i landbruket regionalt. Ordningen prioriterer tiltak som bidrar til å styrke rekrutteringen til landbruks- og gartnerutdanningen og til høyere utdanning i landbruksfag. I tillegg gis det tilskudd til kompetansehevende tiltak og støtte til etter- og videreutdanning for næringsutøvere i landbruket. Midlene lyses ut med to søknadsfrister årlig, 15. februar og 15. september, under forutsetning om fortsatt disponible midler.
Regional bransjeutvikling innen kulturnæring
Regional bransjeutvikling skal bidra til å realisere målene i Balansekunst, kulturstrategien for Trøndelag, og Trøndelagsplanens mål for kunst- og kulturfeltet. Ordningen skal utvikle og styrke regionale bransjestrukturer for kulturell og kreativ næring i Trøndelag. Tilskuddsordningen prioriterer søknader som styrker kunnskapen om kultur som næring, gir tjenesteutvikling og kompetanseheving innen nærings-, markeds- og forretningsutvikling, kommer flere aktører i regionen til gode, og støtter opp under fylkeskommunens mål og prioriteringer for feltet. Tilskuddet kan gå til regionale kompetansesentre, organisasjoner, nettverk, institusjoner og andre bransjebyggende aktører med regionalt nedslagsfelt innen kulturell og kreativ næring, inkludert visuell kunst, musikk, scenekunst, litteratur, kulturvern, arkitektur, design, mote, film og spill. VIKTIG: Ordningen legges ned fra og med 2026.
Driftstilskudd til funksjonshemmedes organisasjoners fylkeslag
Rådet for likestilling av mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne i Trøndelag disponerer årlig tilskuddsmidler til funksjonshemmedes organisasjoners fylkeslag i fylket. Tilskuddet skal gå til drift av fylkeslagene og støtte deres administrative funksjoner. Organisasjonene må bygge på individuelt medlemskap, være demokratisk oppbygd, være representativ for gruppen de organiserer, og være aktiv over hele Trøndelag. Tilskuddet fordeles med 40% til sekretariatsamarbeidet til paraplyorganisasjonene SAFO og FFO, mens de resterende 60% fordeles mellom berettigede organisasjoner basert på en kombinasjon av grunntilskudd, medlemstilskudd og skjønnsmessig ekstratilskudd. Organisasjonene må aktivt bistå fylkeskommunen i forbindelse med høringer og planer.
Aktivitetstilskudd for kultur og økt samfunnsdeltakelse
The Activity Grant for Culture and Increased Social Participation is provided by Trøndelag County Municipality to voluntary organizations with county/regional branches whose purpose is to work for equality and inclusion of people with disabilities, the elderly, immigrants/refugees, and vulnerable groups. The funds are intended to help ensure that children and young people have equal participation in society as their peers, reduce social inequality, and provide access to culture for vulnerable groups. The grant supports activities that highlight the life situation of people with disabilities, increase social participation, increase social contact, or raise competence. It also supports cultural initiatives in organizations that contribute to reducing social inequality and provide access to culture for vulnerable groups. Applications for grants for social and physical activities will be prioritized. The grant is administered by the Council for Equality of People with Disabilities.
Den kulturelle spaserstokken
Den kulturelle spaserstokken (DKSS) is a regional grant program administered by Trøndelag County that provides funding to municipalities to give elderly citizens better access to art and culture. The program was established as a national grant scheme in 2007, jointly funded by the Ministry of Health and Care Services and the Ministry of Culture, with the goal of facilitating increased collaboration between the culture and care sectors. From 2015, the funds were transferred to the county councils, which were given the task of financing and administering the program. For 2026, NOK 3.145 million has been allocated to the scheme. Funds are distributed to municipalities based on the number of residents over 67 years of age, with a guaranteed minimum amount. The funding is intended for professional art and cultural dissemination within all genres that provide elderly people with adapted cultural offerings in arenas where they are in daily life. The offerings should preferably be in collaboration with art and cultural institutions, artists, and other cultural actors at the local or regional level. The program is organized and operated practically by the municipalities, while the county council is responsible for receiving applications and reports from the municipalities. The program does not provide grants for catering, investments, equipment, administrative measures, planning measures, or skills development. Only municipalities in Trøndelag are eligible to apply, and municipalities receiving funds are obligated to provide an offering within Den kulturelle spaserstokken and submit a report on the activities.
Tilgjengelighetsprisen
Tilgjengelighetsprisen is an annual prize awarded by Trøndelag County Municipality in Norway that honors efforts to improve living conditions for people with reduced functional capacity in Trøndelag. The prize recognizes exceptional work in promoting universal design and accessibility in society. The prize can be awarded to an individual, organization, company, or municipality that has made special efforts to promote universal design or otherwise worked beyond the ordinary to improve accessibility for all in their local community. The prize consists of a diploma, graphic print or similar, and a monetary amount of NOK 10,000.
Frivillighetsprisen
Trøndelag fylkeskommunes frivillighetspris (Voluntary Work Prize) is awarded to recognize and celebrate voluntary work in Trøndelag county. The prize aims to motivate, highlight and value voluntary efforts in the region. The award can be given to an enterprising person, local organization or group in Trøndelag who has distinguished themselves through voluntary work, commitment and initiative for the benefit of individuals and society. The prize highlights the intrinsic and societal value of voluntary work by showcasing excellent examples of results from voluntary efforts. The award can be granted based on a person's, local organization's or group's voluntary work over a long period or in a time-limited project. The prize is 25,000 Norwegian kroner.
Kunst- og kulturstipend
Trøndelag fylkeskommune offers a stipend for young artists between 20 and 35 years old. The stipend aims to give young people in the art and culture field the opportunity to further develop within their field. Applicants must have artistic activity as their main occupation and have published or presented art in a public context previously. The stipend can be used for personal development/immersion projects, study trips, residency stays, participation in international workshops/masterclasses, or other relevant activities. In 2026, the program prioritizes applicants from the music field. In 2027, priority will be given to applicants within visual arts, and in 2028, applicants from dance, stage, and other art fields will be prioritized. Four stipends of 60,000 kroner each will be awarded in 2026.
Tilskudd til språk og kulturfremmende prosjekter
Trøndelag fylkeskommune har forvaltningsansvar for samisk språk og gir tilskudd til språk- og kulturfremmende prosjekter. Sametinget gir årlig tilskudd til kommuner og fylkeskommuner med forvaltningsansvar. Fylkeskommunens mål med disse prosjektene er at befolkningen skal ha mulighet til å lære seg samisk og fremme språket, med vekt på å stimulere til arenautvikling for samisk språk og kultur. Fylkeskommunen skal bidra til tiltak som utvikler og styrker samisk språk innen fylkeskommunens ansvarsområder. I perioden 2023-2026 blir språkutvikling og synliggjøring prioritert, og det er satt av 700 000 kroner til samiske tiltak i 2026. Ungdom og bysamisk blir prioritert i tildelingen.
Tilskudd til investering i kultursektoren
Tilskudd til investeringer i kultursektoren skal bidra til å gi alle innbyggerne i Trøndelag gode kulturtilbud. Grants are provided for investments in the cultural sector to ensure that all residents of Trøndelag have access to quality cultural services. The funding must be used for new facilities/buildings or to rehabilitate/develop existing facilities/buildings. The funds cannot be used for operations and maintenance. Priority is given to development projects that cannot be financed using gaming funds (spillemidler).
Spillemidler til kulturbygg
Trøndelag fylkeskommune administers a portion of surplus from Norsk Tipping – gaming funds – which are allocated to cultural buildings. The funds aim to contribute to suitable facilities and buildings that provide space for various cultural activities. Applicants can seek gaming funds for new construction, renovation and modernization of cultural buildings and specialized buildings. Municipalities can also apply for support to establish non-denominational ceremony rooms. Planning of new buildings must be done together with relevant users of the building. Cultural buildings must also be quality-assured with regard to functionality and cultural professional requirements such as acoustics, stage, sound and lighting, which must be documented in the application. To apply for gaming funds, the cost of the building must be at least 1 million kroner.
Tilskudd til forprosjekt - Nasjonaljubileet 2030
Trøndelag fylkeskommune offers funding for pre-project development related to the National Jubilee 2030. The goal is to initiate collaborative projects that align with the jubilee platform and framework established by Nasjonaljubileet 2030. Leading up to the National Jubilee 2030, all of Norway is invited to a conversation about what Norway has been, what Norway is, and what the future of Norway can and should be. Trøndelag fylkeskommune coordinates this work in the Trøndelag region. The grant supports pre-projects that involve multiple actors across municipal boundaries. Funding can cover up to 50% of the project's financing, with a maximum of 100,000 Norwegian kroner per region. The remaining contribution from regions/municipalities can consist of financial support and/or in-kind contributions. It is assumed that the pre-project will be coordinated by regional councils or other municipal cooperation in the county. Applicants are encouraged to consider projects where children and young people can be involved or contribute.
Tilskudd til regionale kultur- og frivillighetsorganisasjoner
From January 1, 2023, grant schemes for children's and youth organizations and operational/activity grants for cultural organizations were merged into the 'Grants for Regional Cultural and Voluntary Organizations' scheme. The guidelines for this scheme were revised in December 2025 to adapt the program for more target groups within the cultural and voluntary sector, with clearer specification of the target audience. The purpose of this operational and activity grant scheme is to stimulate the operation, activities, and development of regional cultural and voluntary organizations in Trøndelag, and to contribute to a broad and diverse voluntary sector in the county. Grants can be given to democratically structured cultural and voluntary organizations including: county and regional chapters with members and activities in larger parts of the county; umbrella organizations, networks, and circles for county and regional chapters; and county divisions of professional artists' trade and interest organizations. Multi-year support can be given to umbrella organizations that have or have been delegated a national mandate.
Festivaltilskudd
Festivaltilskudd is a grant program designed to facilitate high-quality arts and cultural offerings that reach a broad audience in Trøndelag, Norway, and contribute to the diversity of cultural festivals in the region and breadth of cultural expressions. The funding scheme aims to promote festivals as cultural meeting places and strengthen festivals as professional arenas for dissemination. Festivals receiving support must provide regional value through their function or geographic reach and scope of activity. The grant supports annual or recurring events held over two or more days within main themes including performing arts, music, literature, visual arts, cultural heritage, and film. Priority is given to festivals under development or in the startup phase through development grants.

Tilskuddsmidlene skal stimulere til økt aktivitet og deltakelse i kulturlivet, styrke samspill mellom profesjonelt og frivillig kulturliv, forsterke lokal og regional kulturfrivillighet og bidra til økt kvalitet på kunst- og kulturtilbudet lokalt og regionalt. The fund supports cultural projects in Trøndelag region with grants for activities lasting up to three years. Projects can be funded in areas such as performing arts, music, literature, visual arts, cultural heritage, and historical monuments. The funding prioritizes artistic quality, collaboration across cultural expressions and geography, regional significance, and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
Regionale kulturprosjekt
Regionale kulturprosjekt skal bidra til å realisere Balansekunst, kulturstrategien for Trøndelag, og Trøndelagsplanens mål for kunst- og kulturfeltet. Tilskuddsordningen støtter prosjekter som gir varige endringer for kunst- og kulturfeltet i Trøndelag innenfor prioriterte satsingsområder. Prosjektene skal realiseres i partnerskap, gjerne i samarbeid mellom offentlige eller private organisasjoner eller institusjoner og private aktører, og ha direkte relevans til fylkeskommunens satsinger. Prosjektene må resultere i noe kvalitativt nytt, i samarbeidsform eller resultat- og effektmål. Tilskuddet gis for ett år, men prosjektet kan vare inntil tre år. Alle søkere må kontakte fylkeskommunen senest en måned før søknadsfrist for å kvalitetssikre prosjektets innhold, partnerskap og budsjett.
Driftstilskudd og partnerskapsavtaler
Trøndelag County Council provides operational grants and partnership agreements to support long-term and strategic development of culture and public health sectors at the regional level. Operating grants support organizations' ability to fulfill their societal mission. In cases where there are overlapping goals between the county council and organizations in the culture and public health areas, a partnership agreement can be established. Partnership agreements may involve financial instruments from the county council, but also other forms of support. Organizations must first obtain pre-approval to qualify for operational grants. This pre-approval confirms whether the applicant's activities align with regional interests and fall within the county council's areas of responsibility in culture and public health. Organizations must demonstrate regional value through either geographic criteria (serving multiple municipalities or having participants from multiple municipalities) or functional criteria (creating value through mission, size, professional weight, quality, and distinctiveness). Organizations that are pre-approved can apply for operational grants with up to four-year commitments, renewable upon reapplication. The program includes three forms of support: operational grants (annual funding with possibility of up to four-year commitments), partnership agreements (with shared defined goals, following regional planning periods), or a combination of both. Organizations must have been in full operation for at least one calendar year with annual reports and financial statements before grants can be awarded.

Tilskuddsordningen har som formål å støtte regionale idretts- og friluftsprosjekter som stimulerer til nytenking, samarbeid og for å gi «starthjelp» til regionalt viktige og innovative prosjekter. Dette støtteordningen er rettet mot aktører som bidrar til å utvikle idretts- og friluftlivsprosjekter av regional betydning i Trøndelag fylke. Støtten gis til prosjekter av regional betydning, interkommunale prosesser, prosjekter rettet mot inkludering og tilrettelagt for mennesker med nedsatt funksjonsevne med fokus på universell utforming, prosjekter rettet mot barn og unge, og prosjekter med lav terskel for deltakelse i fysisk aktivitet, for eksempel friluftslivsrelaterte prosjekter. Ordningen har løpende søknadsfrist og kan gi maksimalt 100 000 NOK per prosjekt.
Tilskudd til internasjonale mesterskap/arrangement

Stipendet kan ikke brukes til å betale for studier der det kan søkes Statens Lånekasse.
