Tilskudd til kunstnerisk aktivitet for barn og ungdom
This grant program supports and strengthens the children's and youth culture sector by providing economic support for artistic activities with regional reach in Innlandet county, Norway. This grant program provides operational funding to established cultural institutions, umbrella organizations, festivals, and cultural actors in Innlandet County, Norway. The program supports both ongoing operations and new, innovative activities for cultural institutions and art/cultural actors that contribute to achieving cultural policy goals. The funding aims to fulfill the vision for culture in Innlandet: "Innlandet – best på kultur" (Innlandet – best in culture). The grant program stimulates increased art and cultural production, helps strengthen the framework conditions for professional artists, and provides opportunities for activity, experiences, and development throughout Innlandet. All grant schemes in the cultural field in Innlandet County must contribute to fulfilling the adopted cultural strategy, which is based on the Innlandet strategy and FN's 17 sustainability goals. The program is open to all forms of artistic expression and genres, supporting institutions and initiatives of a permanent nature, as well as organizations and organizers with national and preferably international ambitions.
Regionalt kulturfond Innlandet
Regionalt kulturfond Innlandet is a regional cultural fund established to contribute to good local communities and an open, inclusive, and diverse cultural life. The funding scheme aims to stimulate increased activity and participation in cultural life, strengthen collaboration between professional and voluntary cultural sectors, and contribute to improved quality of arts and cultural offerings locally and regionally. The fund supports cultural activities and projects across the broad arts, culture, and cultural heritage fields, including events that promote tolerance and inclusion. Organizations, groups, and practitioners within the arts, culture, and heritage sectors are invited to apply for grants ranging from 20,000 to 300,000 NOK. The fund has two main categories: Category 1 for cultural activities and projects within the broad cultural field, and Category 2 for events that promote tolerance and inclusion. Projects should demonstrate artistic or cultural quality, collaboration between volunteers and professionals, local and regional significance, and connection to the Innlandet region. Full project financing is not provided, and applicants must demonstrate additional funding sources.
ULF - Ungdommens livskvalitetsfond
ULF (Youth Quality of Life Fund) is a grant program offered by Innlandet County Municipality that supports inclusive and empowering initiatives for and with youth. The program aims to strengthen mental health and quality of life among young people, promote inclusion, belonging, well-being and social sustainability, and stimulate real youth participation in the development and implementation of initiatives. Student councils at upper secondary schools and youth councils in municipalities can apply for funding to develop and implement new, innovative projects that are evidence-based and universally accessible. Projects must involve youth participation throughout planning, implementation, and evaluation phases, and cannot be one-time events but must be part of a larger ongoing project. The initiatives should build on research, local knowledge, and user knowledge, preferably using the ABC method (Activity, Togetherness, Meaningful activities) to promote mental health.
Utviklingsstipend i tradisjonshandverk
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune awards two development grants of 50,000 kroner each to individuals who wish to enhance their competence in traditional crafts. The grant is intended to create pride and attention to the central role traditional craftspeople have in preserving cultural heritage and passing on immaterial cultural heritage in the county to future generations. The grant supports professional craftspeople working with, or wishing to deepen their knowledge in, traditional craft fields within building preservation and vessel preservation. Applicants must live and work in Møre og Romsdal county. The grant can be used for competence-building activities such as deepening knowledge, testing and documenting older craft techniques, tool-making or material production, participating in courses, or working as an apprentice with other traditional craftspeople. The grant can cover lost work income and expenses related to the activity. Priority is given to traditional craftspeople who will use the grant in connection with work on heritage-worthy buildings or vessels, those early in their careers, and those who share knowledge and competence with others.

This grant program supports outdoor recreation activities that stimulate direct participation in outdoor life. Eligible activities include organized trips, outdoor camps, practical courses, and other training in outdoor activities. The program primarily funds outdoor initiatives that stimulate direct outdoor activities, such as organized trips, outdoor camps, practical courses and other training in outdoor recreation activities. A smaller portion of the grant can be used to purchase simple equipment and materials when necessary to implement outdoor activities, such as fishing rods, compasses or a few simple tents. The purpose of the program is to contribute to increased participation in health-promoting, well-being and environmentally friendly outdoor recreation for all groups in the population. Applications are prioritized based on several criteria including activities that require few resources and are easily accessible to different user groups, initiatives implemented in local communities with particular emphasis on cities and urban areas, initiatives that contribute to increased participation over time, initiatives aimed at people who are physically inactive, initiatives aimed at children, young people and families with children, initiatives aimed at people with reduced functional ability, and local/regional initiatives aimed at people with immigrant backgrounds.
Tilskot til ABC for god psykisk helse
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune offered a grant program for pilot projects to test ABC for good mental health in the voluntary sector in autumn 2025. ABC for good mental health is a national public health campaign that demonstrates how activity, community, and meaning strengthen quality of life and mental health. The goal is to spread knowledge, strengthen local efforts, and make the ABC model more visible and relevant in everyday life – both for individuals and local communities. The grant supports local and regional use of the ABC framework and highlights the value of ABC in the voluntary sector. The program aims to increase competence and awareness in the population, public sector, and organizations about how to take care of and strengthen one's own and others' mental health, spread knowledge about activities that strengthen quality of life and mental health, and strengthen, facilitate, and make visible regional and local opportunities for such health-promoting activity. Five pilot projects were awarded grants totaling 1 million NOK.

This grant program provides funding from Norwegian gaming revenues (Norsk Tipping surplus) for the construction and rehabilitation of sports facilities, outdoor recreation facilities, and local community facilities. The program aims to enable a larger portion of the population to participate in sports and physical activity, with children and youth as the primary target group. Applications can include building new facilities, rehabilitation of existing facilities, or purchase and adaptation of existing buildings/facilities. Ordinary facilities require a minimum cost of 150,000 NOK, while local community facilities require a minimum of 50,000 NOK. The grant is administered by Møre og Romsdal County Council, with applications processed through municipal governments before being forwarded to the county and ultimately to the Ministry of Culture and Equality for fund allocation.
Regionale kulturfond – Arrangement, kompetanseheving og nettverksbygging
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune invites a broad spectrum of actors to apply for support for events, competence development, and network building. The projects should contribute to an open, inclusive, and diverse cultural life throughout the county. This scheme provides funding for hiring professional artists and/or other persons with relevant competence. Support is available for courses and competence development, networks, and cultural events. The purpose is to stimulate increased activity and participation in cultural life. With this scheme, the county aims to strengthen the interaction between professional and voluntary cultural life and reinforce local and regional cultural volunteerism. Support can be provided for: (1) Hiring professional actors in art, culture, and cultural heritage to contribute to local or regional events, including wages, fees, travel costs, rental of venues for rehearsal, production or exhibition, logistics, graphic materials and marketing; (2) Competence and network development - support for initiatives that contribute to competence building, networking and establishment of meeting places within art, culture and cultural heritage, such as courses, seminars, workshops, and instruction aimed at volunteers and/or professional actors, or establishing new networks and permanent meeting places where professional and/or voluntary cultural actors can meet, share experiences, or coordinate and plan collaborations. The scheme does not provide support for events that have been completed before the application deadline, or where the event date is less than 6 weeks after the application deadline. Support is not provided for operations of fixed and already established networks and meeting places.
Kunstnarstipend
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune offers stipends to professional artists who live and work in the Møre og Romsdal region of Norway. The stipend is designed to support concrete artistic projects, professional development, and creative work. It aims to promote high-quality artistic activity, encourage artists to establish themselves in the region, and provide opportunities for in-depth artistic development over time. The program also supports innovative development work and helps artists improve the artistic quality of their work through dedicated focus periods.
Idrettsstipend
Idrettsstipendet skal bidra til å inspirere unge idrettstalent, gi dei moglegheit til vidare satsing og bidra til at dei når sine mål. Formålet med ordninga er å gi inspirasjon og motivasjon til enkeltutøvarar eller individuelle utøvarar og klubbar til å utvikle seg vidare. Samtidig håpar vi òg å kunne behalde dei unge utøvarane lenger i fylket. Det vil også kunne gi klubbar moglegheit til arbeid med kompetansehevande tiltak eller innkjøp av utstyr. Det delast ut tre stipend og kvart av dei er på 50 000 kroner. Den samla ramma for idrettsstipendet er 150 000 kroner. Stipendet kan brukast til trenarhjelp, deltaking på trening/treningssamlinger, deltaking i konkurransar nasjonalt og internasjonalt, og innkjøp av nytt utstyr. Klubbar kan bruke stipendet til kompetansehevande tiltak eller innkjøp av utstyr. Ordninga er open for unge idrettsutøvar mellom 16–23 år som kan vise til gode prestasjonar innan idrett, og klubbar i fylket som kan vise til god drift og høgt aktivitetsnivå.
