This grant supports cultural, recreational, and holiday activities organized as group offerings for children and young people aged 0-24 who are at risk of social exclusion. Eligible activities include summer camps, overnight trips, after-school activities, theater groups, homework help, and similar programs. Activities must be organized as group offerings that take place during leisure time (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and should create safety, community, belonging, and mastery. The program requires participating municipalities to have a coordination function that oversees voluntary and public work directed at the target group. Funding is provided for periods up to three years with a minimum grant amount of 50,000 NOK per year.

The grant program supports diverse upbringing environments, increased well-being, safety, and belonging, encouraging local initiative and collaboration in neighborhood associations and residential areas. Projects can include purchase and maintenance of play and activity equipment, investments in new initiatives such as planting, safety fences, tables, benches, lighting, barbecue areas, shelters, obstacle courses, fall protection, and technical infrastructure upgrades. The program requires applicants to have equity/self-financing, social impact through documented volunteer hours, and projects must be completed within the calendar year and be open to all municipality residents.

Asker kommune offers grants to local voluntary organizations for projects, specific initiatives, or activities that contribute to increased labor market participation and societal participation among immigrants and their children. The grant program aims to stimulate community, trust, and belonging in local communities, combat exclusion including work against racism and discrimination, and promote diversity. Organizations can apply for support for 1, 2, or 3 years. The funding supports activities that increase knowledge about Norwegian society, improve Norwegian language skills, strengthen qualifications for participation in work, education or volunteering, prevent negative social control, honor-related violence, forced marriage and female genital mutilation, and strengthen gender equality.
