Riksföreningen för Barnsjuksköterskors Vetenskapliga stipendium
The Swedish Association for Pediatric Nurses (Riksföreningen för Barnsjuksköterskor, RfB) offers a scientific scholarship to promote evidence-based knowledge in pediatric nursing. The scholarship is designed for specialist nurses working in or interested in healthcare for children and youth who are in the early stages of their doctoral education. The scholarship aims to support nurses in developing knowledge about research processes and fundamental research methods, enabling them to integrate best available evidence with clinical experience and the wishes and expectations of children and their families. The RfB distributes one or more scientific scholarships annually totaling 20,000 SEK. Applicants must be paying members of the association for at least one month before applying. The application must align with the association's focus and be relevant to the development of healthcare for children and youth. Recipients are required to submit a report for publication in Barnbladet (the association's publication) within three months of receiving the scholarship.

The Swedish Association of Pediatric Nurses (Riksföreningen för Barnsjuksköterskor) offers a travel scholarship aimed at promoting specialist nurses' knowledge in pediatric nursing to ensure the nursing needs of children and their families are met. The scholarship can be applied for by nurses who are paying members of the association and work in the field of child healthcare. The association distributes one or more travel scholarships twice per year. The travel scholarship can be used for conferences, congresses, or training but cannot be applied for further education, supplementary education, or specialist training programs. Recipients are expected to submit a report for publication in BarnBladet within three months of receiving notification of the award.
Stiftelsen Samariten - Stipendier och Forskningsanslag
Stiftelsen Samariten främjar vården av barn genom att särskilt stödja vetenskaplig forskning och undervisning inom barnhälsovården. Stiftelsen prioriterar personer i början av sin forskningskarriär, inklusive blivande doktorander, doktorander och postdoktorer som huvudsakligen arbetar med medicinsk barnavård. Stipendier beviljas för 1-3 månader för att forskning och utvecklingsarbete ska kunna bedrivas på heltid, med 22 000 kr per månad för odisputerade och 26 000 kr per månad för disputerade. Forskningsanslag kan beviljas för vetenskaplig utrustning, laboratoriemateriel och analyskostnader. Projekt utan andra stora anslag prioriteras, och projekt finansierade av kommersiella bolag prioriteras generellt inte. Stipendier eller forskningsanslag kan beviljas högst tre gånger till samma projekt, och stiftelsen kan även ge bidrag för anordnande av vetenskapliga kongresser.
