Regionalt kulturfond for Østfold
Regionalt kulturfond for Østfold is a regional cultural fund designed to stimulate increased activity and participation in cultural life. The fund strengthens collaboration between professional and voluntary cultural activities, reinforces local and regional cultural volunteerism, and contributes to higher quality in arts and culture offerings locally and regionally. The program supports a wide range of initiatives from early-stage concept development to larger strategic projects, with three distinct funding categories: Startup projects (up to 50,000 kr), Collaboration projects (25,000-250,000 kr), and Development and Growth projects (up to 500,000 kr). The fund particularly emphasizes projects that reach new target groups, build inclusive meeting places, improve working conditions for artists, support talent development, and contribute to regional plans for 2025-2040.
Frifond kompetanse og aktivitet
Frifond kompetanse og aktivitet provides support to local groups in national music organizations that have activities for and with children and young people under 26 years. The grant enables local groups to implement competency-building initiatives, realize extraordinary activities, and initiate and implement collaboration projects. The funding scheme supports competency-enhancing measures in local groups, implementation of extraordinary activities, or initiation and implementation of larger collaboration projects, integration projects, seminars, courses, and much more. Priority is given to applications for inclusion, integration, ethnic diversity, recruitment, volunteer training, holiday programs, and reduced co-payments. Groups must consist of minimum three members, work according to democratic principles, and be open and inclusive. At least one-third of participants in the activity must be under 26 years of age. The group must have local affiliation and conduct activities in the local community, normally within their own municipality, though exceptions may be made if the initiative benefits the local community.
