The Students' Association Volunteer Leadership Award is a nominated award offered by NorQuest College. Successful recipients will be notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term has ended. The award provides $500 to support students who have made significant contributions to the campus community through volunteer leadership.

This is a nominated award that recognizes a student who serves as an executive member on an active, approved student club at NorQuest College. This is a nominated award offered to a full-time student in the NorQuest College Administrative Professional program. The award recognizes students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance with a minimum standing of 85%/A/3.7 or higher. Recipients must also exhibit the highest level of professionalism and work ethic during work experience, while serving as a role model for other students. Successful recipients will be notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term has ended.

The Shine Campaign Chair Award is presented to a Shine award recipient who demonstrates distinction in the classroom through their exceptional efforts, attitude, and commitment. This is a nominated award, meaning students cannot apply directly. Successful recipients are selected and notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term has concluded. The award recognizes outstanding students who exemplify the values of dedication and academic engagement at NorQuest College.

The Shine Awards are awarded on the basis of exemplifying personal qualities that make NorQuest College students 'Shine' in the classroom. These awards are intended for students who are difference-makers, displaying traits as defined by the NorQuest Q's. This is a nominated award, and successful recipients will be notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term has ended. Students eligible for this award should consistently demonstrate qualities such as finding ways forward, being dependable, thinking collaboratively, working with enthusiasm, showing compassion, leading from where they are, starting small while thinking big, having honest conversations, and being boldly curious and intentionally courageous.

The Shine Alumni Award is a nominated award presented by NorQuest College to recognize excellence among Shine award recipients who have demonstrated academic achievement and commitment to their educational journey. This award is specifically designated for students who have previous educational experience at NorQuest College, including participation in LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada), EAL Intensive (English as an Additional Language), Open Studies, Academic Upgrading programs, or those who have successfully completed a certificate or diploma program at NorQuest College. Recipients are selected through a nomination process and are notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term concludes. The award provides $500 in financial support to honor the recipient's academic accomplishments and connection to the NorQuest College community.

The Ruby Wilson Award is a nominated award offered by NorQuest College to recognize outstanding students in the Transitions to Employment program. This award recognizes full-time students who demonstrate exceptional performance both in classroom settings and during job training placements. Recipients must show overall effort through thorough and satisfactory completion of coursework and maintain excellent attendance. Successful recipients are notified by the NorQuest College Awards office after the Winter term concludes. The award provides $500 to support the student's educational journey.
