Den kulturelle spaserstokken is a cultural grant program designed to provide professional art and cultural experiences for seniors in Telemark, Norway. The program is an economic support scheme that stimulates collaboration between the cultural sector and the health and care sector. The goal is to ensure art and cultural offerings at various cultural arenas, senior centers, nursing homes, and other venues where elderly people are present in their daily lives. The county administration manages the program and distributes grants to municipalities that carry out the activities.
