This grant program from the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) aims to strengthen acceptance of gender and sexual diversity among the Norwegian population, improve living conditions and quality of life for people who break with norms for sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and gender characteristics, and increase activity among organizations working with this target group. The program offers both project grants (for up to three years) and operational grants to voluntary organizations registered in the Voluntary Registry, as well as municipalities and county municipalities. Priority areas include projects benefiting transgender people, people with gender incongruence, LGBTQ+ people with minority backgrounds and in religious communities, and activities related to inclusion of the target group in sports. Projects led by organizations of and for the target group, collaborative projects, nationwide initiatives, and projects with co-financing are prioritized. The total allocation for 2026 is NOK 37,550,000.

Regionalt miljøtilskudd (RMP)

Regionalt miljøprogram (RMP) is a county-based grant program providing subsidies for implementing environmental measures in agriculture. The program aims to target and stimulate increased environmental efforts in agriculture. All agricultural enterprises can apply for funding to implement environmental measures on their own farms or leased land. The environmental measures are divided into main categories including pollution measures, cultural landscape measures, biological diversity, cultural heritage, air emissions, and reduced use of pesticides. Ordningen støtter ikke produksjon av skjønnlitterære bøker, musikkinnspillinger, spillefilmer, dokumentarfilmer, historiske festivaler eller turnéstøtte.
