Store samarbeidsprosjekter (Large Cooperation Projects) supports long-term international collaborations aimed at developing new initiatives or sharing good ideas in the youth field. Organizations can collaborate with partners in European countries or EU neighboring regions. The program is flexible and supports many different types of projects. Projects should create positive and long-lasting effects for participating organizations and people directly or indirectly involved in project activities. The results should be transferable and, if possible, have a strong interdisciplinary dimension. Large cooperation projects receive larger grants and have longer project periods than small cooperation projects, which target smaller grassroots organizations. Applicants can apply for either 120,000, 250,000, or 400,000 EUR. Projects must work towards one or more of the following goals: promoting active citizenship, youth initiative, and young entrepreneurship; increasing the quality of youth work; helping youth gain competencies and skills for better access to the labor market; and strengthening the connection between policy, research, and practice.

Små samarbeidsprosjekter (Small-scale partnerships) is a funding opportunity under Erasmus+ Youth that provides grants to grassroots organizations and newcomers to the program. The initiative aims to strengthen the quality of organizational work, increase capacity for transnational and cross-sectoral cooperation, and create change at individual, organizational, or sector level leading to better practices and new approaches. Projects should work toward one or more of the following goals: actively promoting citizenship, youth initiative and young entrepreneurship; increasing the quality of youth work; helping youth gain competencies and skills that provide better access to the labor market; or strengthening the connection between policy, research and practice. The program consists of four phases: planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up. Applicants can apply for either 30,000 EUR or 60,000 EUR.
Lillestrøm næringsfond
Lillestrøm kommune has a small business development fund (næringsfond) established from hydroelectric power development compensation. The fund supports business initiatives that align with the municipality's goals and UN sustainable development goals. The fund capital is NOK 1,500,000, with returns available for grants and exceptional loans for businesses in Lillestrøm municipality. Priority is given to projects involving collaboration between multiple businesses, and funding must be catalytic for the proposed initiatives to be implemented. Supported projects must contribute new knowledge, develop the business(es), and increase attractiveness for Lillestrøm. The fund cannot support debt restructuring or ongoing operations, and is subject to EU state aid regulations. Funding typically does not exceed 50% of total capital needs, and recipients must submit a report upon project completion.
Asker kommunes næringsutviklingsfond
Asker kommunes næringsutviklingsfond has the purpose of supporting innovation and transformation, so that Asker's business sector moves in a sustainable direction and more local jobs are created. The fund provides support for initiatives that promote innovation and transformation in the Asker community and contribute to the business sector developing in a sustainable and forward-looking manner. The initiative must be directed towards the priority areas that Asker municipality has adopted for business development and which are outlined in the Business Thematic Plan. The initiative must contribute to creating local jobs and promote the establishment of new businesses and/or transformation of existing companies. The initiative must have a level of innovation, be associated with real risk, and have realistic market potential. Support from Asker municipality should trigger additional financing from the grant system or private business - and vice versa.
Tilskuddsordning for inkludering og integrering i arbeidslivet (TIIA)
Telemark fylkeskommune offers a grant program aimed at promoting inclusion and integration in the workplace in Telemark. The program supports projects that strengthen opportunities for permanent attachment to working life for people with minority backgrounds and others who for various reasons are outside the labor market. The scheme received a budget of 1,540,000 NOK for 2024. Both public organizations, private companies, social entrepreneurs, and voluntary organizations can apply for funding for projects that align with the program's overarching goals. The initiatives must supplement public services. For 2024, funding can be applied for within two priority areas: (1) Inclusion and diversity in working and social life in Telemark, and (2) Mentor and trainee programs for better utilization of immigrants' imported competencies. The program aims to contribute to active participation in society and working life through targeted efforts for inclusion, integration, diversity, and qualification.
