This grant program supports the development of suitable venues for cultural activities in the Innlandet region of Norway. The funding, financed through gaming revenues from Norsk Tipping, can be used for new construction, conversion, and modernization of cultural buildings including cultural centers, multi-purpose facilities, libraries, museums, performing arts venues, concert halls, and exhibition spaces for visual arts. Only non-commercial, public benefit facilities are eligible. The program aims to create meeting places for cultural encounters and activities that align with the regional cultural strategy and UN sustainable development goals. Applications must demonstrate defined needs in arts and culture, universal accessibility, and include a comprehensive project plan with budget, financing plan, and 20-year operational plan. Applications under 100,000 NOK are not processed. Municipal endorsement of the social benefit is required before submission.
