The Zahra Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in fourth year in the Haskayne School of Business with a concentration in Finance at the University of Calgary. The scholarship recognizes academic merit and emphasizes the importance of community engagement through extra-curricular activities or interests involving community service or volunteerism. Established by the friends and family of Zahra, this award provides up to $1,000 to support students who demonstrate both academic excellence and a commitment to giving back to their community. Four scholarships are available each year to eligible fourth-year Finance students.

The Younger Family Scholarship in Medicine is offered annually to one student entering first year in the Cumming School of Medicine, MD program at the University of Calgary. The scholarship, valued at up to $3,000, is awarded based on the admission rating as determined by the Admissions Committee. Recipients must demonstrate leadership and involvement in campus or community extra-curricular activities such as cultural and athletic activities. This scholarship is an internal award made possible through the generous support of the Family of Dr. Andrew H. Younger. Students are selected through a nomination process managed by the Cumming School of Medicine.

The Wilma F. Dobson Entrance Scholarship in Nursing is an annual entrance scholarship offered to undergraduate students entering their first year in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary. This scholarship was established by Pembina Corporation in honour of T.S. Dobson on the occasion of his retirement from the Board of Directors of Pembina Resources Limited. The award recognizes academic merit and extra-curricular activities, providing financial support to outstanding incoming nursing students who demonstrate both strong academic performance and involvement in activities beyond the classroom. Recipients of this scholarship are selected based on their high school academic achievements and their engagement in extra-curricular pursuits, making it an excellent opportunity for well-rounded students beginning their nursing education.

This scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering the Four-Year Bachelor of Education degree program in the Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary. Both high school and transfer applicants may be considered. The scholarship recognizes academic merit along with extra-curricular activities related to youth or education that demonstrate leadership and community service. The award is renewable in the second, third, and fourth year of the Four-Year Bachelor of Education degree program, provided recipients maintain enrolment in the Werklund School of Education and achieve a minimum GPA of 3.20 based on an annual academic review. Students entering the program with transfer credit who intend to complete the program in less than four years will be required to follow a program plan approved by the Werklund School of Education. Applications are submitted to Undergraduate Programs in Education, and eligible students are selected by the faculty with recipient names provided to Student Financial Support for official notification.

The W.G. (Bill) Howard Memorial Foundation Entrance Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students entering first year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The scholarship is provided in memory of the late Bill Howard, a graduate of the Engineering Class of '73 at the University of Calgary. The award recognizes academic merit, extra-curricular activities, and demonstrated leadership ability through involvement in the community, clubs and organizations while in high school. This entrance scholarship supports exceptional incoming engineering students who have shown commitment to their communities and leadership potential during their high school years.

The Vincent M. Bjorndahl Scholarship is an annual award offered to continuing students entering second or third year in the Faculty of Law, JD program at the University of Calgary. Established in memory of Vincent M. Bjorndahl by Felesky Flynn, this scholarship recognizes superior academic merit and demonstrated initiative and leadership qualities through participation in extra-curricular activities within the law school or in the community. The award is specifically designed for students who demonstrate a career interest in Corporate Business Practice and/or Taxation Law. With an award value of up to $9,000, this scholarship provides significant financial support to one outstanding law student each year.

The van Weelderen Family High School Scholarship is offered annually to an undergraduate student entering first year in the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. The scholarship recognizes academic merit with a minimum admission average of 90% and demonstrated contribution to community extra-curricular activities. This entrance scholarship provides financial support to high-achieving high school students transitioning to university business studies. Established through the generosity of donors Aarnoud and Monica van Weelderen, this award aims to support exceptional students who have demonstrated both academic excellence and community engagement during their high school years.

The Urban and Regional Information Systems Association Scholarship is offered annually by the Alberta Chapter of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association to support students in geomatics and geographic information systems fields. This scholarship recognizes undergraduate students who are entering their fourth year at the University of Calgary and are pursuing studies in land information systems or geographic information systems. The award is based on academic merit and extra-curricular activities that benefit the community. Recipients must be majoring in either Geomatics Engineering in the Schulich School of Engineering or Geography in the Faculty of Arts.

The Undergraduate Nursing Society Scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student entering second or third year in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary. The scholarship, valued at up to $1,200, is awarded based on academic merit and extra-curricular activities that exemplify the UNS (Undergraduate Nursing Society) mandate. Applicants must be members of the Undergraduate Nursing Society and provide documentation regarding demonstrated proficiency in client care. This internal scholarship is funded by the Undergraduate Nursing Society donor and is available to students of any citizenship or residency status.

Established by Trimac Transportation to recognize students pursuing supply chain management and demonstrated academic excellence. This scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student in their third year at the Haskayne School of Business, majoring in Supply Chain Management. The award recognizes academic merit as well as extra-curricular activities demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication and problem solving skills.

The Thomas S. Dobson Undergraduate Scholarship in Nursing is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering fourth year in the Faculty of Nursing at the University of Calgary. The scholarship was established in honor of T.S. Dobson on the occasion of his retirement from the Board of Directors at Pembina Resources Limited, and is now provided by Pembina Corporation. Recipients are selected based on academic merit and extra-curricular activities. Up to four scholarships are awarded annually, each valued at up to $2,200.

The Tavender Family Scholarship is offered to a student entering second or third year in the Faculty of Law, JD program at the University of Calgary. This renewable scholarship recognizes superior academic merit with academic standing on the Dean's List, along with demonstrated initiative and leadership qualities through commitment and contribution to extra-curricular activities within the law school or in the community. The scholarship is renewable in the third year of the JD program, provided the recipient achieves a minimum GPA of 3.20 over a minimum of 24.00 units in the previous fall and winter terms. This award was established by David Tavender, K.C. and the University of Calgary to support outstanding law students who excel both academically and in their contributions to the law school community.

The SU Quality Money Black Brilliance Scholarship is offered annually by the University of Calgary Student's Union Quality Money to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in any program at the University of Calgary. The scholarship recognizes academic merit and is specifically designed to support Black students who demonstrate involvement and leadership in Black communities through extra-curricular activities. The award provides $3,500 to recipients who meet the eligibility criteria. Ten scholarships are available each year, making this a significant opportunity for Black undergraduate students who have completed at least their first year of studies and are continuing their education at the University of Calgary.

The Sigurd Hagen-Torn Scholarship in Dance, Wellness & Research is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students enrolled in the Faculty of Arts majoring in Dance at the University of Calgary. This scholarship was established by Sigurd Hagen-Torn, a friend of the Dance Department for over 35 years, and reflects his interest in research and the effects of dance on the body as an inspiration to live a healthy lifestyle. The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate academic merit and extra-curricular activities showing interest in Health & Wellness. Recipients must be in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study and may be of any citizenship or residency status.

The Senator Stan Waters Memorial Scholarship is offered annually to continuing undergraduate students entering third or fourth year in the Haskayne School of Business, the Schulich School of Engineering or the Faculty of Arts, majoring in Political Science. The award recognizes academic merit and demonstrated leadership in student government and student activities, preferably with a business and/or political direction. Recipients must also demonstrate involvement in scholastic or extra-curricular activities that promote the development of superior communication skills. Up to $5,000 is available, with two awards granted annually.
