Den nasjonale ordningen forvaltes av fylkeskommunene. Dette tilskuddsprogrammet støtter bygging av kulturarenaer, kulturhus, flerbrukslokaler eller spesiallokaler for kunst og kultur. Tilskudd kan også gis til etablering av livssynsnøytrale seremonirom. Søknader må være fullstendige og innsendt til kommunen innen 1. oktober hvert år. Programmet retter seg mot kommuner, stiftelser, fylkeskommune, lag, foreninger, museer eller organisasjoner som ikke driver for økonomisk gevinst.

Flekkefjord kommune tilbyr festivaltilskudd til lag og foreninger som arrangerer festivaler eller større arrangement i Flekkefjord. Ungdomsrådet i Flekkefjord kommune ønsker å støtte frivillige lag og foreninger som vil skape gode og inkluderende tilbud for ungdom mellom 13-19 år i Flekkefjord. Dette tilskuddet har en pott på kr 50.000 som kan søkes av frivillige organisasjoner som planlegger arrangementer, møtesteder eller andre rusfrie og inkluderende aktiviteter for unge. For å få støtte må tiltaket være rusfritt, religiøst og politisk nøytralt, og ha som mål å skape et positivt og trygt tilbud for ungdom i Flekkefjord. Tilskuddsordningen er særlig rettet mot å støtte aktiviteter som fremmer inkludering og gode møteplasser for ungdom i aldersgruppen 13-19 år. Etter tildeling vil det være krav om enkel rapportering om hvordan midlene har blitt brukt og hvilken effekt tiltaket har hatt. Søknader behandles av Ungdomsrådet i Flekkefjord kommune.

Flatanger kommune tilbyr ekstra støtte til private veilyslag, grendelag og velforeninger for utskifting av gamle armaturer til LED-lys. Tilskuddet er totalt på kr. 50.000,- per år og fordeles med stk.pris på kr. 3.000,- for lave master og kr. 4.000,- for høye master. Tiltaket må gjennomføres i 2026. Søkere må sende en enkel søknad med oversikt over totalt antall lyspunkter, antall lave eller høye lyktestolper, og planlagt antall hvor det skal skiftes ut til LED-lys. Trøndelag fylkeskommune provides subsidies to businesses that hire youth born 2008-2011 (ages 15-18) for summer jobs. Der særlig fokus på sosiale møteplasser og aktivitet rettet mot alle innbyggere verdsettes høyt. Formålet med denne ordningen er i hovedsak å stimulere til aktivitet i grendelagene i Flatanger kommune, enten i grendelagenes egen regi eller i samarbeid med andre frivillige lag og foreninger. Alle 5 grendelag tildeles et grunnbeløp på kr. 20 000,- og resterende beløp fordeles ut fra søknad. Grendelagene er en viktig aktør i Flatanger, og kommunen ønsker å støtte deres arbeid med sosiale møteplasser, bygdedager, kulturkvelder, og organiserte aktiviteter som er åpne for alle innbyggere. Stimuleringsmidlene er særlig viktig for å etablere et godt samarbeid mellom innbyggere, kommunen, næringslivet og frivilligheten.

For å ha rett til å søke om tilskot må anlegget vere oppført i handlingsprogrammet i kommunedelplanen for idrett og fysisk aktivitet. Søknadsfrist til Fjord kommune er 15. oktober kvart år.

Fjord kommune fordelar kulturmidlar til drift av frivillige lag og organisasjonar som driv ulike typar kulturaktivitetar. Det er sett av kr 300 000 i kulturmidlar for 2026. Tilskot frå kulturmidlane vert gitt til lag og organisasjonar innan kultursektoren som legg til rette for aktivitet for barn, unge og personar med nedsett funksjonsevne i Fjord kommune. Alle lag og organisasjonar som søkjer om tilskot frå kulturmidlane må oppgje organisasjonsnummer og legge ved årsmelding og rekneskap. Lag og organisasjonar som blir tildelt kommunale kulturmidlar må marknadsføre tilboda sine som opne og tilgjengeleg for alle gjennom plakatar, annonsar og/eller nettsider.

Stiftinga Nerhagen Minnefond was established in December 2017 to manage a donation of 14.6 million kroner. The foundation's surplus is distributed to beneficial causes in the community according to its statutes. Production and relief support grant for agricultural enterprises in Norway, administered by Fjord kommune.
