The Dr. Thomas J. and Barbara L. Guttuso Scholarship was established in 1988 by Dr. Thomas J. Guttuso, Sr. to support first-year medical students at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is awarded to students who demonstrate both high academic merit and financial need. Applicants must complete the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need and must be enrolled as first-year medical students at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.

The Pasquale A. Greco, M.D. '41 & Joseph M.Greco, M.D. '73 Scholarship Endowment Fund was established in 1985 and amended in 2005 by Pasquale A. Greco, M.D. '41 and his son, Joseph M. Greco, M.D. '73. This scholarship provides financial support to first-year medical students enrolled in the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Applicants must demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA and must also achieve high academic merit. The scholarship amount varies each year.
