Dette er en støtteordning som gir ungdomsorganisasjoner mulighet til å søke om midler for å sende ungdomsarbeidere på studieturer, kurs, jobbhospitering eller andre opplæringsaktiviteter i utlandet. Opplæringen skal gi deltakerne kunnskap og faglig utvikling som de kan ta med seg tilbake til organisasjonen og i videre arbeid med ungdommer. Aktivitetene bygger et nettverk av ungdomsarbeidere, utvikler lokalt ungdomsarbeid og bidrar til å forbedre kvaliteten på europeisk ungdomsarbeid. Prosjektet må inneholde minst en opplæringsaktivitet som kan være studiebesøk, jobshadowing, utveksling, nettverking, kurs, seminarer eller workshops. I tillegg kan søkere få støtte til forberedelsesbesøk og tilleggsaktiviteter for å utvikle og spre resultater. Opplæringen må involvere minst én internasjonal partner fra et Erasmus+ land. Deltakerne må være ansatte eller frivillige som jobber i en organisasjon med lokalt ungdomsarbeid. Det er maks 50 deltakere per aktivitet, og ingen aldersgrense. Aktivitetene må vare mellom 2 og 60 dager, og hele prosjektet må gjennomføres innen 3 måneder til 2 år. 9 av 10 organisasjoner rapporterer bedre metoder i ungdomsarbeid etter å ha deltatt i programmet.

Ungdomsstyrte prosjekter (Youth Participation Activities) er en støtteordning for unge mennesker mellom 13 og 30 år som ønsker å gjøre en forskjell gjennom eget prosjekt. Dette kan være å lage kampanjer, arrangere konferanser, organisere workshops, lage rollespill, sette opp seminarer med politikere eller andre initiativ som engasjerer ungdom i sivilsamfunnet og demokratiske prosesser. Prosjektene kan gjennomføres lokalt eller i samarbeid med ungdommer i andre byer eller land. Prosjektet kan vare fra tre måneder til to år, og inkluderer planlegging, forberedelser, gjennomføring av aktiviteter og evaluering. Støtten gis i euro med maksimalt €60 000, og beregnes ut ifra varighet, antall deltakere og type aktiviteter. Midlene kan dekke prosjektledelse, møter og aktiviteter, reisekostnader (med ekstra støtte til miljøvennlige transportmidler), konferanser og arrangementer, voksenstøtte/veileder, tilrettelegging for inkludering, samt visum og vaksiner. For å ha større sjanse til å få innvilget søknaden bør prosjektet enten gi unge mulighet til å engasjere seg i sivilsamfunnet og demokratisk liv, eller utvikle deltakende strukturer som gir unge mulighet til å påvirke beslutninger som berører dem. Søkere kan være formelle foreninger, organisasjoner eller uformelle grupper og vennegjenger. Dette er den eneste støtteordningen i Erasmus+ ungdom der man ikke trenger en internasjonal partner. Programmet administreres av Erasmus+ ungdom, som er en del av Barne-, ungdoms- og familiedirektoratet (Bufdir) i Norge, finansiert av EU. Søknader sendes gjennom EUs søknadsportal, og man får svar omtrent to måneder etter søknadsfrist.

TryggEst is a grant program supporting competence-building initiatives to prevent violence against vulnerable adults in Norwegian municipalities. The program provides funding for municipalities that have implemented or plan to implement the TryggEst program, which focuses on protecting vulnerable groups including people with developmental disabilities, elderly persons, and patients with reduced functional capacity. Municipalities can apply for funding to support training, course participation, local information materials, conversation groups for target populations, and awareness campaigns. The initiative aims to increase competence among municipal employees about violence and abuse, improve detection of violence cases, and ensure proper handling of such cases. Project grants are available for specific initiatives such as dialogue meetings, information campaigns, videos, podcasts, websites, network building, workshops, exhibitions, guidance services, and various forms of mapping activities.

This grant supports municipalities in Norway to coordinate, facilitate, and organize collaboration internally within the municipality and between the municipality and other actors. The coordination work should be based on existing conditions related to children and young people's participation in leisure activities in the municipality, including identifying barriers to participation and existing support measures. Youth participation should be facilitated through methods such as youth conferences or inclusion of student/youth councils in coordination work.

This grant program supports the testing of working models aimed at increasing participation in leisure activities for children and youth aged 0-24 who are at risk of social exclusion. The program requires collaboration between at least two sectors (public, private, or voluntary) to trial new approaches that remove barriers to participation. Projects may test new forms of cooperation, recruitment methods, or adaptations to activities to make them more accessible and attractive to the target group. The grant is designed to increase both participation in leisure activities and cooperation between relevant actors working with children and youth at risk of exclusion. Applications can be submitted by public institutions, voluntary organizations, and private actors for projects lasting up to three years.

This grant supports municipalities, city districts in Oslo, and county municipalities in hiring youth navigators (ungdomsloser) to provide close and tailored follow-up to young people aged 10-24 years. The goal is to help youth facing challenges in completing their education by increasing school attendance, improving school performance, and supporting them in finishing their educational pathway. Youth navigators work directly with young people on their own arenas (school, home, and leisure time), help them access necessary support services, collaborate with parents and other important people in the young person's network, and ensure that help provided is holistic and tailored. The grant and co-financing are primarily used to pay the salaries of youth navigators, with a limited portion available for necessary administrative costs and expenses for travel and accommodation related to competency-building measures.

This grant supports activity guides who work to help children and youth who are on the outside, participate in leisure activities. An activity guide functions as a mediator of information and support, helping to lower the threshold for participating in leisure activities. The guide can be contacted via an interest form on the internet or through contact persons in the municipality, a voluntary organization, or club/association. After a child/youth/family has expressed interest, the activity guide contacts the family to find a suitable leisure activity for the child/youth in the local community. The activity guide clarifies practical questions such as payment or need for equipment, follows the child to the leisure activity, and arranges further follow-up. The target group is children and youth aged 0-24 years who are at risk of social exclusion for various reasons, including growing up in low-income families, lacking social networks, lacking connection to school/work, or lacking participation in leisure activities.

This grant supports the establishment or continuation of local leisure funds (fritidskasse) to cover costs associated with participation in leisure activities for children and youth at risk of social exclusion. The funds can be used to cover equipment, travel to leisure activities, and expenses related to camps or competitions. Examples include travel expenses for weekly leisure activities, participation in football tournaments, band gatherings, and equipment such as shoes, uniforms, skis, balls, skates, instruments, or similar. Municipalities can additionally cover participation fees for regular, organized leisure activities. The leisure fund must be organized in collaboration between the municipality and voluntary organizations, and should be structured so that the target group does not experience stigma when using it. The program aims to increase participation in leisure activities for children and youth aged 0-24 who face risks of social exclusion due to factors such as low family income, limited social networks, lack of connection to school or work, or limited participation in leisure activities.

Frivillighetsfondet er et søkbart fond for frivillig sektor i Lillestrøm kommune, og skal fungere som en oppfølging av kommunens Strategi for frivillighet. Her kan frivilligheten søke støtte til prosjekter av allmenn interesse innen idrett, kultur og folkehelse. Prosjekter og tiltak kan ha varighet på ett til tre år, og det kan søkes midler til samarbeidsprosjekter mellom frivillig sektor og offentlig sektor når den frivillige part er søker. Fondet har to søknadsrunder per år, og søkere må tilhøre Lillestrøm kommune. Det kreves 20% egenandel i prosjektet, som kan bestå av egenkapital, eksterne tilskuddsmidler eller egeninnsats i form av dugnad. Aktivitet og tiltak bør være åpent for allmennheten, og samarbeidsprosjekter og nye prosjekter vektlegges i vurderingen.

Lillestrøm kommune tilbyr tilskudd til møteplasser for barn og unge for å sikre at alle barn og unge har mulighet til å delta på et fritidstilbud i nærhet av der de bor. Møteplasser skal være et sted for å være sosial, drive egenaktivitet og et sted å være uten å måtte ha forkunnskaper eller spesielle talenter, for eksempel fritidsklubber og ungdomshus. Tilskuddet kan gis til åpne frivillige organisasjoner og grupper som driver barne- og ungdomsarbeid til beste for allmenheten i Lillestrøm kommune. Det skal være lett for barn og unge å delta på aktivitetene uavhengig av hvor de bor, oppfølging fra foreldre eller foresatte og økonomisk ståsted. Fritidsfeltet er en verdifull arena for barn og unges helse og en viktig, uformell arena i kommunenes folkehelsearbeid. Lillestrøm kommune er stor i utstrekning, og for å nå målet om at alle barn og unge skal ha et fritidstilbud i nærhet av der de bor og bidra til å styrke de unges psykiske helse, er det essensielt med gode samarbeid mellom kommunen og frivilligheten. Tiltaket skal skape gode holdninger og forebygge utenforskap ved å fremme respekt, inkludering og trygghet gjennom aktiviteter og sosialt fellesskap. Programmet prioriterer tiltak i områdene Sørumsand og Lillestrøm by, samt aktiviteter i helgen og for juniorgruppa (10-13 år). Det gis støtte til både regelmessige tiltak og enkeltarrangementer som for eksempel åpen hall. Alle som mottar tilskudd må innhente politiattest for de som skal bidra i tilbudet, delta på fagmøter i regi av seksjon for møteplasser for barn og unge, og etablere dialog og samarbeid med den lokale kommunale fritidsklubben. Det skal til sammen deles ut omtrent 1 million kroner.

This grant program supports voluntary organizations registered in Lillestrøm municipality's volunteer registry for the maintenance and preservation of listed cultural heritage sites and cultural environments. The program specifically targets cultural monuments and environments that are officially listed in Lillestrøm municipality. Organizations can apply for funding for maintenance of heritage-worthy buildings and facilities including garden areas, maintenance of old roads and burial mounds, measures for communication and signage of cultural monuments, and activities related to cultural monuments in municipal ownership operated by voluntary organizations. The total allocation for this program in 2025 is 400,000 NOK. Applications must include a brief description of the initiative, photos of the cultural monument or illustration of the project, a budget with financing plan, contact information and organization number, and address with property identification number.

Kompetanseløft Trøndersk Landbruk (KTL) offers financial support for competence development activities for farmers and forest owners in Trøndelag region. The program is a 3-year project owned by Nord- and Sør-Trøndelag Bondelag, ALLSKOG, Fylkeskommunen and Fylkesmannen. The goal is to increase the competitiveness of Trøndelag agriculture through increased knowledge and competence. KTL provides grants for four types of competence development activities: experience groups (erfaringsgrupper) - fixed groups of farmers/forest owners meeting regularly to discuss professional topics and learn from each other; peer learning (kollegalæring) - groups administered by organizations where participants learn through discussions and study visits; mentoring arrangements (mentorordning) - formal agreements between farmers for guidance and advice; and professional training (fagopplæring) - organized by local agricultural associations with external speakers and study tours. The support is provided with a 12-month work deadline.

Regionalt miljøprogram (RMP) is a county-based grant program providing subsidies for implementing environmental measures in agriculture. The program aims to target and stimulate increased environmental efforts in agriculture. All agricultural enterprises can apply for funding to implement environmental measures on their own farms or leased land. The environmental measures are divided into main categories including pollution measures, cultural landscape measures, biological diversity, cultural heritage, air emissions, and reduced use of pesticides. Applications are submitted electronically through Altinn, with a direct connection to a map solution where applicants can enter all their measures. The program is administered by Lillestrøm municipality in cooperation with the agricultural department of the County Governor (Statsforvalteren) in Oslo, Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold. Spillemidler til kulturbygg, kulturhus og andre kulturarenaer skal bidra til egnede lokaler og bygninger som gir rom for ulik kulturell virksomhet. Arenaene skal fungere som kulturelle møtesteder for alle. Søknad om støtte til lokaler for øving og produksjon behandles på lik linje med saler for formidling. Ordningen støtter både nybygging, kjøp og ombygging av kulturarenaer, samt tilrettelegging av eksisterende lokaler for kulturformål. Tilskudd kan gis til flerfunksjonshus, kultursal, øvelokaler, teaterlokaler, formidlingslokaler for visuell kunst, og lokale arenaer som samfunnshus og grendehus som inneholder kulturaktiviteter. Søkere kan være offentlige virksomheter, frivillige organisasjoner, eller andre selskapsformer med ideelt formål. Kun eier av arenaen kan søke om tilskudd. Ordningen administreres av Asker kommune i samarbeid med Akershus fylkeskommune.

Asker kommunes næringsutviklingsfond has the purpose of supporting innovation and transformation, so that Asker's business sector moves in a sustainable direction and more local jobs are created. The fund provides support for initiatives that promote innovation and transformation in the Asker community and contribute to the business sector developing in a sustainable and forward-looking manner. The initiative must be directed towards the priority areas that Asker municipality has adopted for business development and which are outlined in the Business Thematic Plan. The initiative must contribute to creating local jobs and promote the establishment of new businesses and/or transformation of existing companies. The initiative must have a level of innovation, be associated with real risk, and have realistic market potential. Support from Asker municipality should trigger additional financing from the grant system or private business - and vice versa.

This grant supports organizers of the Asker Culture Festival, taking place May 30 - June 7, 2026 across Asker municipality. The festival welcomes local and professional participants including musicians, dancers, theatre performers, writers, artists, and food and culture actors to create a diverse cultural offering. The funding supports local cultural events, short-distance culture, cultural exhibitions and collaborations with focus on creativity, inclusion and community. Arrangements can include concerts, performances, workshops, exhibitions and taste samples from around the world, with activities for both children and adults. The grant aims to stimulate local cultural participation throughout Asker municipality, support professional cultural actors in collaboration with amateurs, associations and clubs, and contribute to interaction and knowledge sharing between local art and culture actors.

Telemark fylkeskommune tilbyr flerårige samarbeidsavtaler til aktører på kulturfeltet i Telemark. Fylkeskommunen har inngått samarbeidsavtaler med 31 aktører på kulturfeltet for perioden 2026-2028. Avtalene skal bidra til å nå mål i ny strategi for kultur og reiseliv. Ordningen er åpen for profesjonelle kunstnere, kulturutøvere og ensembler, kompetansesentre, festivaler og profesjonelle arrangører, samt frivillige organisasjoner med regionalt nedslagsfelt innen kunst, kultur, idrett og friluftsliv. Nye samarbeidsavtaler vil bli lyst ut igjen i 2028, og vil da gjelde for fire år (2029-2032).

Spillemiddeltilskudd til kulturarenaer er et virkemiddel for utvikling av gode kunst- og kulturarenaer i Telemark. Tilskuddet skal bidra til å utvikle gode møteplasser i fylket. Det kan søkes om midler til nybygg og modernisering av eksisterende kulturarenaer. Nybygg og modernisering av eksisterende arealer for visning og formidling av kunst og kultur vil bli prioritert. Ved siden av profesjonelt drevne kulturhus vil det også bli prioritert arenaer som viser profesjonell kunst og kultur for barn og ungdom. Dette er en desentralisert ordning administrert av Telemark fylkeskommune som del av den nasjonale spillemiddelordningen for kulturarenaer.

Spillemidler til bygging og rehabilitering av idrettsanlegg skal bidra til en infrastruktur som gir befolkningen mulighet til både egenorganisert aktivitet og aktivitet i regi av den frivillige medlemsbaserte idretten. Det kan søkes om tilskudd til bygging og rehabilitering av idrettsanlegg som er åpne for allmenn idrettslig virksomhet og som ikke er underlagt kommersielle interesser. Hovedregel er at det kan søkes om tilskudd med inntil 1/3 av anleggets godkjente kostnad opp til et maksimumsbeløp på kr 1 000 000. Nedre grense for godkjent kostnad ved beregning av tilskudd er kr 150 000. Det er et grunnleggende prinsipp at støtte i form av spillemidler ikke skal danne grunnlag for fortjenestebaserte eierformer eller omdannes til fortjeneste for private eiere.

Spillemidler til bygging og rehabilitering av anlegg for idrett, friluftsliv og fysisk aktivitet skal bidra til en infrastruktur som gir befolkningen mulighet til både egenorganisert aktivitet og aktivitet i regi av frivillige. Programmet støtter bygging og rehabilitering av idrettsanlegg, friluftslivsanlegg og nærmiljøanlegg som er åpne for allmenn idrettslig virksomhet eller egenorganisert aktivitet, og som ikke er underlagt kommersielle interesser. Det kan også søkes om tilskudd til kjøp og innredning av eksisterende anlegg og universell utforming av eldre idrettsanlegg. Anleggene deles inn i ordinære anlegg og nærmiljøanlegg med ulike tilskuddssatser.

This grant supports development and maintenance projects in state-secured outdoor recreation areas and areas protected under the Marka Act in Norway. The goal is to promote outdoor recreation activities through environmentally friendly facilitation and management, making these areas easily accessible and attractive for public outdoor recreation. Eligible projects include development of information boards, access roads, parking areas, trails, fishing spots, accessibility improvements for persons with reduced mobility, beaches, docks, toilets, waste facilities, planting and maintenance, and cultural heritage communication. Only local management authorities - municipalities and regional outdoor recreation councils - can apply. A mandatory requirement is that applicants have an approved management plan for the outdoor recreation area. The scheme prioritizes areas in or near cities and densely populated areas, heavily used or potentially heavily used areas, areas with limited accessible shoreline under significant pressure, and areas connected to inland waterways. Projects with co-financing or volunteer work contributions receive priority. The application deadline is December 1st annually.

Støtteordningen er tilgjengelig for kommuner, fylkeskommuner, idrettslag, frivillige organisasjoner og andre sammenslutninger som oppfyller krav til organisasjonsform. Det kan søkes om tilskudd til bygging og rehabilitering av idrettsanlegg, friluftslivsanlegg og nærmiljøanlegg som er åpne for allmenn idrettslig virksomhet eller egenorganisert aktivitet, og som ikke er underlagt kommersielle interesser. Søknad om tilskudd fremmes elektronisk på anleggsregisteret.no, og må sendes via kommunen som har egne søknadsfrister. Det er et grunnleggende prinsipp at støtte i form av spillemidler ikke skal danne grunnlag for fortjenestebaserte eierformer eller omdannes til fortjeneste for private eiere.

Spillemidler kulturarenaer i Vestfold provides grants for cultural buildings and facilities to support diverse cultural activities. The funding aims to ensure suitable premises, buildings, and outdoor arenas that provide space for various cultural activities. Grants can be awarded for cultural centers, multi-purpose facilities, or specialized spaces for arts and culture, including libraries, museum buildings, performing arts facilities, concert halls, or exhibition spaces for visual arts. The funds can be used for new construction, renovation, and modernization of cultural buildings. Grants can also be awarded for the establishment of life-neutral ceremony rooms, but not for regular maintenance or operations.

Tilskuddsordningen skal bidra til at kunst og kultur når flere og nye mennesker, og stimulere kulturprosjekter av høy kunstnerisk kvalitet. Visjonen er et mangfoldig kulturliv som representerer en bredde av uttrykk. Søkere som har fokus på bærekraft og klimakonsekvenser i sine prosjekter, innhold og/eller arbeidsmetoder vil bli høyt prioritert. Det kan søkes innenfor 3 kategorier: Produksjonsstøtte for profesjonelle kunstnere og ensembler som utvikler nye produksjoner i Vestfold; Arrangørstøtte for profesjonelle arrangører med helårsprogram, med prioritet til de som mottar støtte fra Kulturrådet; og Festivalstøtte for festivaler med høyt kunstnerisk nivå som bidrar til kunstnerisk mangfold i regionen. Ordningen støtter ikke produksjon av skjønnlitterære bøker, musikkinnspillinger, spillefilmer, dokumentarfilmer, historiske festivaler eller turnéstøtte.

This fellowship supports researchers working on alignment, containment protocols, and preventing AI systems from testing humans involuntarily. Areas of interest include: neural network interpretability, value alignment in autonomous systems, and robust containment for superintelligent AI. We especially welcome proposals that address the "cake problem" — ensuring AI systems deliver on their promises.
