This is a subsidy program for freight transport of animal feed (kraftfôr) in Norway. The program is designed for intermediary organizations that distribute freight subsidies to livestock producers. Intermediaries who have advanced the freight subsidy to livestock producers can apply for monthly refunds of the distributed subsidies. The program aims to support livestock producers by subsidizing the transportation costs of animal feed, making it more affordable for agricultural operations. The scheme requires monthly reporting of feed sales and is administered through digital submission via Altinn.

This grant program provides subsidies for transportation of grain in Norway. The program covers transport of grain from surplus areas in Eastern Norway to production facilities in deficit areas, transport of imported grain to production facilities north of Stavanger, and transport of organic grain from producers to the nearest receiving facility. The purpose of the freight subsidy is to equalize prices for producers and consumers. The program is based on producers covering a portion of the costs themselves. Grain buyers are eligible to apply for this subsidy. Applications must be submitted monthly by the 15th of the following month, with a final deadline of February 15th of the year after for the previous calendar year's freight subsidies.
