Rogaland fylkeskommune provides support for initiatives that contribute to a safe and inclusive 'russetid' (graduation celebration period) for graduating students. The goal is to create good and open meeting places for as many graduating students as possible. The fund supports initiatives that facilitate inclusive activities and events in safe settings, prevent group mentality and status pressure, offer safe meeting places, and counteract economic pressure. The support is designed to help organize activities across schools and municipalities with students taking a leading role in planning, application process and implementation. Applications are processed on a rolling basis with refunds distributed to schools twice annually in March and September.
