This grant program aims to improve humanitarian conditions for EEA citizens who come to Norway without their own means and without entitlement to public benefits. The program supports various humanitarian measures aimed at individuals in the target group who are primarily in the country to beg. Supported activities include accommodation and sanitary facilities, food distribution, and counseling services. The measures must be designed to accommodate both women and men, but should not promote begging. Priority is given to initiatives in cities and municipalities with the highest number of traveling beggars, particularly those organized by humanitarian organizations with low administrative costs that rely on volunteers.

Regionalt kulturfond for Østfold is a regional cultural fund designed to stimulate increased activity and participation in cultural life. The fund strengthens collaboration between professional and voluntary cultural activities, reinforces local and regional cultural volunteerism, and contributes to higher quality in arts and culture offerings locally and regionally. The program supports a wide range of initiatives from early-stage concept development to larger strategic projects, with three distinct funding categories: Startup projects (up to 50,000 kr), Collaboration projects (25,000-250,000 kr), and Development and Growth projects (up to 500,000 kr). The fund particularly emphasizes projects that reach new target groups, build inclusive meeting places, improve working conditions for artists, support talent development, and contribute to regional plans for 2025-2040.

This grant program aims to stimulate the establishment of low-threshold work-oriented activities for the target group, with the goal of improving living conditions and increasing participation and inclusion in the workforce. The program also aims to encourage increased collaboration between voluntary organizations and municipalities and/or NAV offices, and to share knowledge and experiences about the activities. The target group for the activities is socially and economically disadvantaged people over 16 years of age with little or no connection to the labor market. Grants can be given for establishing new programs of low-threshold work-oriented activities for the target group, including geographic expansion of existing programs to other parts of the country. The program does not fund activities that are part of the organization's ordinary operations or continued operation of already established programs for the target group, though applications can build upon and further develop existing organizational activities.

This grant program supports improvements to acoustics, sound insulation, construction of dance floors or small stages, curtains and similar facilities for cultural spaces. The program also supports acoustic pre-project planning. The purpose is to ensure access to suitable rehearsal and practice spaces and good technical conditions for performing music and performing arts throughout Norway. The grants are intended for long-term and holistic investments in equipment and premises that benefit the free, professional cultural sector and voluntary cultural life. There are three main funding areas: Acoustic pre-projects (mapping acoustics and measuring sound transmission), Better premises and acoustics (improving room acoustics and upgrading existing cultural spaces), and Establishment of stages and rehearsal rooms (creating new performance and rehearsal spaces with focus on sound insulation).

Frifond organisasjon is a grant program that provides funding to local chapters of nationwide, voluntary, and democratic organizations in Norway. The funds are distributed through the central leadership of organizations, which then allocate them to their local chapters. The purpose of Frifond is to stimulate voluntary activity and participation of children and young people locally, both through voluntary organizations and independent groups and associations. The program aims to improve the framework conditions for voluntary organizations' and groups' member-based activities at the local level throughout the country. Local chapters have autonomy to decide how to use the Frifond support, as long as it aligns with the organization's guidelines. The funds are intended to support activities conducted by local chapters and cannot be used for salaries, fundraising activities, building equity, activities outside Norway, or illegal substances, alcohol, and tobacco.

This grant program supports adult amateur groups engaged in voluntary activities within theater, scenic dance, revue, improv, live-action roleplay (LAIV) and similar performing arts. The purpose of the grant scheme is to stimulate voluntary activity and broad participation in theater and scenic dance among adult amateurs throughout Norway. Groups can apply for support for expenses related to production and performances/shows, theater rehearsals, and courses for group members. Eligible activities include various performative forms such as revue, scenic dance (including hip hop, ballet, or belly dancing), musical theater, improv, new circus, and similar activities. The grant can be used for typical expenses such as rent, scenography, fees for external professionals, rental of equipment and technicians, participation in external courses for group members, and more. Each group can apply for up to 30,000 NOK per round.

This grant program aims to stimulate adult amateurs throughout Norway to participate in voluntary activities within theater and scenic dance. The program supports amateur theater groups with funding for various costs related to their activities. Amateur theater in this context includes various performative art forms such as revue, scenic dance (hip-hop, ballet, belly dance), musical theater, improv, new circus, and similar forms, as well as role-playing/LARP. Each group can apply for up to 30,000 Norwegian kroner per application round. The program is administered by the Norwegian Arts Council (Kulturdirektoratet) and funded by gaming revenue. Applications are evaluated with the principle that all groups meeting the requirements generally receive funding, though amounts may be adjusted based on available funds in each round.

This grant program supports investment and development initiatives, health and safety (HMS) measures, and establishment grants within the Sami duodji (traditional handicraft) sector. The program is administered by the Sámi Parliament (Sametinget) and aims to strengthen and develop traditional Sami handicraft businesses. The funding supports capital investments, business development activities, workplace health and safety improvements, and support for new business establishments in the duodji sector. This initiative is part of the Sámi Parliament's broader economic development strategy to preserve and promote traditional Sami culture and livelihoods while supporting sustainable economic development in Sami communities.
