Regionale kulturfond - Kunst og kulturtiltak i Nordland

Nordland fylkeskommune

Gjennom disse statlige og fylkeskommunale midlene gis det støtte til arrangement og tiltak som fremmer kompetanseheving og samarbeid mellom amatører, frivillige og profesjonelle. Det er mulighet å søke støtte til innleie av profesjonelle aktører til lokale og regionale kulturarrangement innen alle sjangrer av kunst, kultur herunder også samiske språk, kunst og kultur. Det er også mulig å søke støtte til kompetanseheving, etablering av nye nettverk og møteplasser. Regionale kulturfond skal legge til rette for samspillet mellom det profesjonelle og frivillige kulturfeltet. Det er et mål at folk skal ha tilgang til kunst og kultur, uavhengig av hvem de er og hvor de bor. Ordningen skal støtte opp under ansvar og roller som fylkeskommunen har på kulturområdet og stimulere til større utviklingsprosjekter. Prosjekter som det søkes om til regionale kulturfond må være påbegynt i 2026.

Statskogmillionen

Statskog SF

Statskogmillionen er en støtteordning fra Statskog som gir én million kroner årlig til tiltak og aktiviteter som fremmer friluftsliv og bruk av norsk natur. Ordningen støtter gode krefter som jobber for å bedre tilgang til jakt, fiske og friluftsopplevelser i norsk natur. Årlig får inntil 150 tiltak og aktiviteter i hele landet støtte gjennom ordningen. Søknader mottas kun i mars hvert år gjennom et elektronisk søknadsskjema. All organisasjoner kan søke om støtte, men må kunne vise til faktiske utgifter på minst 5000 kr. Støttebeløpet er enten 5000 eller 10000 kroner per søknad. Grunneiers tillatelse må foreligge før tiltak iverksettes. Statskogmillionen er designet for å være enkel og ubyråkratisk, uten krav om sluttrapporter. Søkere som kan vise størst effekt på friluftsliv og folkehelse har best mulighet for å få støtte. Alle tildelinger offentliggjøres maksimalt to måneder etter søknadsperiodens slutt.

Instrumentfondet

Norges Musikkorps Forbund (NMF)

Instrumentfondet is a state-funded support scheme for music bands in Norway to purchase and maintain acoustic instruments. The fund is available to bands, ensembles, and orchestras where at least three-quarters of members are 26 years or younger. The fund has been available since 2006 and was established in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. It provides important financial support for effective operations in music bands, ensuring that children and youth have access to quality instruments, which is considered essential for keeping them engaged in musical activities. Applications are reviewed annually with a deadline of April 1st each year, and decisions are typically communicated before summer vacation. The fund supports purchases of brass instruments, woodwind instruments, and acoustic percussion instruments, as well as cases and protection for large percussion instruments. From 2026, the scheme has been expanded to include major maintenance and repair of instruments to ensure sustainability.

Olav Thon Stiftelsen

Olav Thon Stiftelsen har siden 2013 delt ut støtte til ulike formål som er samfunnsbyggende bidrag i Norge. Stiftelsen kan støtte formål innen allmennyttige formål og erverv/oppføring av fast eiendom til bruk i allmennyttige formål. Formålene må være i Norge. Støtte tildeles i henhold til stiftelsens vedtekter og kan ikke ytes til politiske eller religiøse formål. Søknader må inneholde detaljert informasjon om prosjektet, budsjett, søker, og beskrivelse av formålet. Det er to frister for å søke støtte til allmennyttige formål: 31. mars og 30. september. Etter behandling sendes tilbakemelding per e-post. Stiftelsen mottar søknader hele året, og støtte kan ikke gis til individuelle studier, konserter, drift og ordinært vedlikehold, eller tiltak som er en naturlig del av offentlig sektors ansvar.

Sildvikmidlene is an annual grant program established when Sildvik power plant was developed. Midtre Hålogaland friluftsråds stifond er et lavterskeltilbud som bidrar til 'førstehjelp' på stier i regionen med stor slitasje. Sparebankstiftelsen Sparebank 1 Nord-Norge har innvilget kr 500 000 til stifondet. Vår vakre og lett tilgjengelige natur er for mange førstevalg når en skal velge seg en fritidsaktivitet. Men terreng og klima gir også utfordringer, og mer nedbør og økt ferdsel gir slitasje på mange av stiene. Gjørmete stier, våte myrer og vann som tar nye veier og skyller vekk grus, har noen steder ført til stygge sår i naturen. Formålet er å gjøre det enkelt for lag, foreninger, grunneiere og frivillige å søke om mindre beløp til nødvendige utbedringer som ellers ikke ville blitt gjennomført. Målet er å sikre gode, trygge og bærekraftige ferdselsårer for befolkningen, samtidig som man reduserer naturbelastningen fra økt ferdsel. Det kan søkes opp til 20 000 kroner til enkle tiretteleggingstiltak, som kan også være del av et større prosjekt.
