The Research program (Forskning) provides support for health research directed at target groups in Norway that contributes to promoting living conditions, physical and mental health, coping, quality of life, or social participation. This includes work for increased participation and equality for people with disabilities, preventive health work, rehabilitation, habilitation, care work, and public health work. A main goal is to connect research more closely to the health challenges that residents in Norway face in their daily lives in municipalities. Applications must be submitted in collaboration with a voluntary organization with health purposes and with application rights at Stiftelsen Dam. The program requires a high degree of user involvement in all projects, and all approved projects must follow Stiftelsen Dam's guidelines for openness, including pre-registration of studies and publication in open access journals. Funding ranges from minimum 1,500,000 to maximum 3,000,000 NOK per project, with project durations up to 48 months. The program has one annual call published in November with a February deadline.

Tilskuddsordningen for tidsskrift og kritikk vil styrke og utvide den offentlige ytrings- og refleksjonskulturen gjennom de uavhengige tidsskriftene og kritikken som skapes og utøves i ulike sjangre, formater og formidlingsformer. Ordningen skal stimulere til tenkning og diskusjon om kunst- og kulturpraksiser, fagforståelser og kulturpolitiske rammevilkår for kunstutøvelse. Ordningen skal bidra til en mangfoldig debatt og samtale om kunst og kultur, med vekt på kvalitet og på å legge til rette for at flere stemmer deltar i det offentlige ordskiftet. Støtten omfatter produksjonstilskudd for profesjonelle tidsskrift- eller kritikervirksomheter, prosjektstøtte til utviklings-, formidlings- og kompetansehevende tiltak, samt støtte til arrangementer som kan bidra til styrking av kunst- og kulturkritikken.
