Kollektiv kompetanseutvikling for yrkesfag

Tilskot til kompetanseutvikling i fag- og yrkesopplæring (dekom yrkesfag)
This grant supports competence development for actors in vocational education and training in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Training companies and collaborative organizations for training companies can apply for funding for competence development activities, while vocational schools receive funding directly based on a distribution key. The grant prioritizes activities that involve collaboration between schools and training companies or examination boards, such as hospitalization arrangements. Priority areas include competence development needs resulting from the renewal of the Knowledge Promotion reform and new curriculum, subject-specific competence needs in various subject areas, and cross-disciplinary competence needs including assessment practices, participation, and learning environments for inclusive practice. Examples of eligible activities include joint gatherings between schools and working life with vocational subjects as themes, instructors in training companies hospitating in schools to learn about assessment practices and guidance, and reciprocal hospitation between instructors and vocational teachers to gain understanding of each other's work environments. Hospitation should be approximately two to five days, with grant recipients receiving 3000 NOK per day.
Etablering og drift av studiesenter
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune lyser ut inntil 6,85 mill. kroner til studiesenter i Møre og Romsdal. Fylkeskommunen vil kunne tildele støtte til inntil tre studiesenter i 2026. Studiesenterordninga skal bidra til at utdanning og kompetanseutvikling blir tilgjengeleg for innbyggarar og tilsette i verksemder som ikkje kan følgje ordinær undervisning ved dei faste studiestadane som følge av lange avstandar. Eit studiesenter er ein fysisk møteplass og læringsmiljø som legg til rette for desentralisert og fleksibel utdanning og kompetanseutvikling i distrikta i samsvar med behova til individ og offentlege og private verksemder. Det er vidaregåande skolar, fagskolar, høgskolar og universitet som er fagleg ansvarleg for tilboda ved studiesentera. Måloppnåing skal bli vurdert etter følgande kriterium: auka innsats for etablering av fleire etterspurde fleksible og/eller desentraliserte tilbod om utdanning, auka tal på personar som tileignar seg etterspurd kompetanse, og fleire utanfor arbeidslivet får utdanning og kompetanseutvikling. Fylkeskommunen kan gi tilsegn om tilskot til studiesentera med ei varigheit på inntil tre år.
Desentralisert ordning for kompetanseutvikling i skolen (DeKom skole)
This is a decentralized funding scheme for competence development in schools in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. School principals can apply on behalf of their schools for funding to support professional development initiatives within three key areas: work with the new curriculum (LK20), assessment practices and student participation, and learning environments for inclusive practice. Schools can apply for funding for projects, gatherings, courses, and other competence-building measures. The scheme aims to promote competence development in secondary schools throughout the county. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and recipients must report on the use of funds.
