UPEI Merit Awards
The UPEI Merit Awards are bursaries awarded to students at the University of Prince Edward Island based on financial need. These awards provide financial assistance of up to $500 to eligible students who demonstrate financial need. The awards are part of UPEI's broader scholarship and bursary program designed to support students in their educational pursuits. Applications are accepted during the second semester award cycle with a deadline of February 1st each year.
UPEI Faculty Association Silver Medal
The UPEI Faculty Association Silver Medal is awarded annually to the student with the second-highest standing in third year at the University of Prince Edward Island. This meritorious award recognizes outstanding academic achievement and excellence. The UPEI Faculty Association is comprised of all UPEI faculty members and is a member organization of the Canadian Association of University Teachers. The Faculty Association is pleased to offer this meritorious medal to high achieving third year students as part of their commitment to recognizing academic excellence at the university.
UPEI Faculty Association Bronze Medal
The UPEI Faculty Association Bronze Medal is awarded annually to recognize exceptional academic achievement at the University of Prince Edward Island. This scholarship is awarded to the student with the third-highest standing in third year across all programs. The award consists of a $300 monetary prize and represents recognition of outstanding academic performance and dedication to scholarly excellence. The medal is part of a series of awards given by the UPEI Faculty Association to honor top-performing students at various year levels.
