Ravinefondet er et tilskuddsprogram etablert av Lillestrøm kommune for å støtte bærekraftig forvaltning og skjøtsel av raviner i kommunen. Ravinelandskapet på Romerike er unikt og internasjonalt sjeldent, og står på Norsk rødliste for naturtyper. Fondet ble opprettet i 2020 for å gi støtte til tiltak som bidrar til bedre forvaltning av ravinene og skape samarbeid mellom kommunal og privat forvaltning. Programmet støtter tiltak som innføring av beiting og slått, fjerning av fremmede arter, fjerning av søppel, og kartlegging av raviner. I 2026 er det særlig fokus på fjerning av gammel piggtråd som er skadelig for dyr og miljø. Tilskuddet kan dekke inntil 60% av kostnadene til et tiltak, med maksimalt 200 000 NOK per tiltak. Midlene etterbetales etter at tiltaket er gjennomført og rapportert. Grunneiere med kartlagte raviner på sin eiendom, frivillige organisasjoner, og kommunen som grunneier kan søke om tilskudd. Tiltakene må være i tråd med Plan for vern av raviner i delområde Skedsmo og anbefalinger i Naturbase. Landbruksaktører kan kombinere tilskudd fra ravinefondet med andre ordninger som SMIL for å finansiere positive tiltak med opptil 100 prosent. Raviner med nasjonal verdi (A-verdi) kan bli prioritert, men det foretas en helhetsvurdering av tiltakets potensial. Søknadsfristen for 2026 er 1. mars, og tiltak må være gjennomført og rapportert innen 31. oktober 2026.

Asker kommune tilbyr økonomisk støtte til naturforvaltningstiltak for kommuner, organisasjoner og private for å bedre miljøtilstanden i Oslo og Viken regionen. Tilskuddet kan søkes til ulike naturforvaltningstiltak, inkludert tiltak i utvalgte naturtyper, for prioriterte arter, for laks og sjøørret, til lokale vilttiltak, til forebygging av rovviltskader, til friluftsliv og til kulturminner. I Asker finnes seks av åtte utvalgte naturtyper som kvalifiserer for støtte: hule eiker, slåttemark, slåttemyr, kalklindeskog, kalksjø og åpen grunnlendt kalkmark. Programmet oppfordrer spesielt grunneiere som har utvalgte naturtyper på sin eiendom til å søke om støtte til skjøtsel og bevaring av disse naturområdene. Statlige støtteordninger administreres gjennom Miljødirektoratet, og søknader behandles av Landbrukskontoret i Asker kommune. Dette tilskuddet er designet for å bevare og forbedre biologisk mangfold og naturverdier i lokalsamfunnet.

Telemark fylkeskommune administers the Regional Culture Fund with 3.1 million Norwegian kroner available for distribution. The fund is designed to strengthen the regional cultural sector and consists of two distinct grant programs: Art and Cultural Development (2.9 million NOK) and Skills Development Honorarium Support (0.2 million NOK). The Art and Cultural Development program supports major arts and cultural activities that strengthen cultural life in Telemark, including activities that promote cross-disciplinary collaboration, cross-expression work, and cross-organizational partnerships. Applications must involve both amateur and professional participants and can support major activities of a permanent nature. Projects can have a duration of up to 3 years, though funding is awarded annually. The Honorarium Support program focuses on initiatives with a clear arts and cultural profile intended to contribute to competence development in cultural volunteerism, with honorarium support specifically used to compensate professional cultural practitioners in collaborative projects.

This grant supports development and maintenance projects in state-secured outdoor recreation areas and areas protected under the Marka Act in Norway. The goal is to promote outdoor recreation activities through environmentally friendly facilitation and management, making these areas easily accessible and attractive for public outdoor recreation. Eligible projects include development of information boards, access roads, parking areas, trails, fishing spots, accessibility improvements for persons with reduced mobility, beaches, docks, toilets, waste facilities, planting and maintenance, and cultural heritage communication. Only local management authorities - municipalities and regional outdoor recreation councils - can apply. A mandatory requirement is that applicants have an approved management plan for the outdoor recreation area. The scheme prioritizes areas in or near cities and densely populated areas, heavily used or potentially heavily used areas, areas with limited accessible shoreline under significant pressure, and areas connected to inland waterways. Projects with co-financing or volunteer work contributions receive priority. The application deadline is December 1st annually.

RK-midlene (Rekruttering og kompetanseheving) er tilskuddsmidler satt av gjennom jordbruksoppgjøret over Landbrukets utviklingsfond. Det overordnede målet for tilskuddsordningen er å bidra til rekruttering og kompetanseheving av næringsutøvere som kan ivareta og styrke verdiskapingen i landbruket regionalt. Målgruppen for midlene er etablerte og potensielle næringsutøvere i landbrukssektoren i Telemark fylke. Tilskuddet kan gis til tiltak som bidrar til rekruttering og kompetanseheving hos næringsutøvere innenfor rammer fastsatt i jordbruksoppgjøret og statsbudsjettet. Prioriterte områder for ordningen inkluderer støtte til etterutdanning i landbruket, og tiltak som retter seg mot rekruttering, likestilling og omdømmebygging. Særlig prioriteres tiltak som bidrar til å styrke rekruttering til landbruksutdanning og etterutdanning for næringsutøvere. Det kan gis inntil 50% tilskudd av godkjent kostnadsoverslag, og i særlig begrunnede tilfeller kan det gis inntil 75% tilskudd. Søkere må være kommuner, organisasjoner, forsknings- og utviklingsinstitusjoner eller naturbruksskoler registrert i Enhetsregisteret. Tilskuddsrammen for 2024 er 518 000 kroner. Kostnader til kursdeltageres reise og opphold kan ikke inkluderes i kostnadsoverslaget. Søknaden må begrunnes med hvilke prioriteringer i handlingsprogrammet for 2024 til Regionalt næringsprogram (RNP) tiltaket bidrar til.

The Stipend for Children without Glasses (SCWG) is a charitable foundation established in 2012 dedicated to supporting youth who have maintained natural visual acuity throughout their developmental years. Founded by optometrist Dr. Helena Brightwell, the organization awards annual grants of $500–$2,000 to children ages 8–17 who demonstrate both exceptional uncorrected vision and academic achievement. The foundation's somewhat tongue-in-cheek mission arose from Dr. Brightwell's observation that while numerous programs exist to provide corrective eyewear to those in need, no recognition existed for children whose genetic fortune and eye-care habits preserved their natural sight. Recipients must submit proof of 20/20 vision or better from a licensed eye care professional, along with a short essay on eye health awareness. The SCWG distributes approximately $150,000 annually across 200 grants and has funded vision health education programs in over 40 schools nationwide.
