Tilskudd til familie- og likestillingspolitiske tiltak
The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) offers grants to voluntary organizations and other actors working on family and gender equality policy initiatives in Norway. The grant program aims to ensure operations, contribute to diversity, and create higher activity among voluntary organizations working with family and gender equality policy. The program supports both operational funding (driftstilskudd) for organizations with at least 50 paying members and project funding (prosjekttilskudd) for time-limited initiatives up to three years. Priority is given to initiatives that promote gender equality for women and men, engage boys and men in equality work, and address equality challenges facing children and young people in various settings such as kindergartens, schools, and leisure activities.
Tilskudd til barne- og ungdomsorganisasjoner
This is a comprehensive grant program from the Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (Bufdir) providing operational funding to national and international youth and children's organizations in Norway. The program consists of two main components: national core support and international core support. The purpose is to facilitate children and youth participation in youth organizations, stimulate organizational engagement nationally and internationally, and secure organizations as arenas for democratic participation and decision-making. The grants are awarded by the Distribution Committee (Fordelingsutvalget), an independent administrative body under the Ministry of Children and Family Affairs. Organizations can receive base funding plus variable funding calculated based on membership numbers, local chapters, course participation days, and bonus points for board composition, member percentages, and organizational independence. The program supports operational expenses only, not individual projects.

Together with Frivillighetspakken (the Volunteer Package), it provides a non-bureaucratic, easily accessible grant for operations of voluntary organizations. The grant is designed to support general operating expenses of activities and is provided as an amount per registered member between 0-19 years of age. Organizations can receive NOK 200 per registered member aged 0-19 years. A member can be registered in multiple activities within the same organization and receive per-capita support for each activity. Support members are not eligible. The scheme aims to make it simple for sports clubs, cultural organizations, and other voluntary associations in Asker to receive operational funding.
