This grant program supports projects and operational activities aimed at preventing and combating violence and abuse in close relationships, and caring for adults and children who have experienced violence. The program contributes to achieving the goals of the Norwegian government's action plans against violence and abuse. The target group includes children and adults who are or have been exposed to violence or abuse, or who commit or are at risk of committing violence in close relationships. The program supports voluntary organizations, municipalities, crisis centers, and other registered entities working in this field. Funding can be provided for up to 3 years for both operational support and time-limited projects. Priority areas include services for particularly vulnerable groups exposed to violence, including those with substance abuse issues, serious mental illness, or disabilities, as well as development of crisis center services for the Sami population.

Tilskudd til ferie- og fritidstiltak for personer med funksjonsnedsettelse

Barne-, ungdoms- og familiedirektoratet (Bufdir)

This grant program provides funding for holiday and leisure activities for persons with disabilities in Norway. The program is administered by Bufdir (Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs) and has a total allocation of 32,000,000 NOK for 2026. The grant supports activities such as summer camps, recreational programs, travel costs, and accommodation for participants with disabilities and necessary companions. The program prioritizes activities aimed at children and youth under 26 years of age and activities taking place in Norway, although activities for other age groups or occurring outside Norway may also receive funding. Special priority is given to summer camps organized by disability organizations receiving regular operational support. The program explicitly does not prioritize funding for equipment investments, individual activities, or activities taking place during school or work hours for participants.

Hodetilskudd for barn og unge mellom 0-19 år

Asker Kommune

Hodetilskudd for barn og unge mellom 0-19 år er part of Grunnmuren (the Foundation) in Asker municipality's grant schemes. Together with Frivillighetspakken (the Volunteer Package), it provides a non-bureaucratic, easily accessible grant for operations of voluntary organizations. The grant is designed to support general operating expenses of activities and is provided as an amount per registered member between 0-19 years of age. Organizations can receive NOK 200 per registered member aged 0-19 years. A member can be registered in multiple activities within the same organization and receive per-capita support for each activity. Support members are not eligible. The scheme aims to make it simple for sports clubs, cultural organizations, and other voluntary associations in Asker to receive operational funding.
