Applications must involve both amateur and professional participants and can support major activities of a permanent nature. Projects can have a duration of up to 3 years, though funding is awarded annually. The Honorarium Support program focuses on initiatives with a clear arts and cultural profile intended to contribute to competence development in cultural volunteerism, with honorarium support specifically used to compensate professional cultural practitioners in collaborative projects.
