Små samarbeidsprosjekter (Small-scale partnerships) is a funding opportunity under Erasmus+ Youth that provides grants to grassroots organizations and newcomers to the program. The initiative aims to strengthen the quality of organizational work, increase capacity for transnational and cross-sectoral cooperation, and create change at individual, organizational, or sector level leading to better practices and new approaches. Projects should work toward one or more of the following goals: actively promoting citizenship, youth initiative and young entrepreneurship; increasing the quality of youth work; helping youth gain competencies and skills that provide better access to the labor market; or strengthening the connection between policy, research and practice. The program consists of four phases: planning, preparation, implementation, and follow-up. Applicants can apply for either 30,000 EUR or 60,000 EUR.

Startlån and grants from Lillestrøm municipality help individuals with long-term difficulties obtaining loans from regular banks to purchase or adapt their own housing. The program prioritizes disabled persons, people with reduced functional capacity, elderly individuals, and families with children to buy modest and suitable housing. The funding can be used to buy new or used housing, refinance loans with collateral in own housing if there is risk of losing the home through forced sale, take over housing, or adapt/improve housing for reduced functional capacity. Establishment grants are economically means-tested and given as an interest-free and installment-free loan to permanently disadvantaged individuals to help them acquire modest and good housing. Grants for investigation and project planning are available to all with reduced functional capacity who need to adapt their housing to be able to continue living there over time. The size of the grant is determined after a comprehensive assessment of economy, needs, and opportunities for support from other public support schemes.

This grant program from Asker municipality aims to support co-creation around urban center development, increase job opportunities, enhance value creation for local businesses, and improve the attractiveness of Asker as a place to live and visit. The funding supports events, initiatives, and projects that provide benefits for the largest possible number of people including residents, visitors, and other businesses. Projects must align with the municipality's designated focus areas for business development as outlined in the Business Theme Plan, and should directly or indirectly contribute to increased business attractiveness and more jobs in Asker. The program emphasizes activities that have broad community impact and support organized business and place development initiatives.

Telemark fylkeskommune tilbyr tilskudd til idrettsarrangementer for å bidra til at det blir arrangert flere nye og store idrettsarrangementer i Telemark. Ordningen skal legge til rette for en aktiv og attraktiv region, der idrettsarrangementer med regional, nasjonal og internasjonal betydning er viktige for å bygge Telemark som idrettsfylke. Midlene som tildeles skal gi arrangørene støtte i planleggingen og gjennomføringen av arrangementene. Fylkeskommunen ønsker å bidra til at det blir arrangert flere idrettsarrangementer i fylket, og dermed styrke regionens posisjon som en aktiv idrettsregion.
