Denne tilskuddsordningen gir skogeiere mulighet til å søke om økonomisk støtte til ulike nærings- og miljøtiltak i skogbruket. Ordningen skal stimulere til økt verdiskapning i skogen, samtidig som biologisk mangfold, landskap, friluftsliv og kulturminner blir ivaretatt og videreutviklet. Tilskudd kan gis til skogkultur og kvalitetsutvikling, miljøtiltak, nybygging og ombygging av skogsveier, skogbruksplanlegging og miljøregistrering, skogsdrift med taubane og hest, andre aktivitetsfremmende tiltak i skogbruket, tømmerkaier og terminaler, skoggjødsling og skogplanting. Målgruppen er skogeiere som har mer enn 10 dekar produktiv skog. For spesifikke tiltak som utdrift av skogsvirke til energiproduksjon og andre aktivitetsfremmende tiltak kan også skogeiere med mindre enn 10 dekar produktiv skog og eiere av landbrukseiendommer uten produktiv skog søke. Hver tilskuddsordning har sitt eget søknadsskjema, og kommunen kan gi veiledning i søknadsprosessen.

This is a forestry subsidy program offered by Marker municipality in Norway for forest owners. The program provides financial support for reforestation activities including new planting, soil preparation, and supplemental planting on logged areas. The subsidy covers up to 60% of incurred costs for new planting and soil preparation, and up to 30% of costs for supplemental planting. Applications are submitted after the work is completed and cost documentation is available. Forest owners must have more than 10 decares (approximately 1 hectare) of productive forest to be eligible. The program is administered by the municipality, which processes applications and makes decisions, while the Norwegian Directorate of Agriculture handles the actual payment disbursement.

The grant program supports various forest cultivation activities in Norway to stimulate the development of quality forests. Forest owners can apply for subsidies for forestry measures on their property. Municipalities determine annually which specific forest cultivation activities are eligible for subsidies in their area. The most common supported activities include young forest care, ground preparation, and planting (especially in coastal counties). Other eligible activities include fertilization, drainage, and other quality-enhancing forestry measures. Subsidies are not provided for chemical use, equipment purchases, or activities that generate surplus through timber extraction. Each municipality sets its own application deadlines and detailed guidelines for subsidies, and may establish conditions for grants on a case-by-case basis.
