UCL Global Master's Scholarship

The UCL Global Master's Scholarship aims to enable and encourage international students from lower income backgrounds to pursue full-time Master's degree studies at UCL. Up to 85 scholarships are available annually, with five ring-fenced for students from India and one for a student from Japan (Musubi Global Master's Scholarship). Recipients must be eligible to pay the Overseas fee rate, come from a lower income background, and have submitted a complete admission application for full-time Master's degree studies at UCL. Distance-learning options are not eligible; students must attend UCL in person in the UK.

Said Foundation Scholarship

The Said Foundation Scholarship supports students from Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Palestine to pursue one-year postgraduate taught degrees or master's degrees by research at Imperial College London. The scholarship is designed for candidates who demonstrate leadership potential in their chosen field and have a clear commitment to returning to their home country or region after completing their studies. Two scholarships are available for the 2026/2027 academic year. The scholarship provides comprehensive support including full overseas tuition fees, a maintenance allowance, an arrival allowance, UK visa fees, immigration health surcharge, and an economy return airfare. Candidates must hold Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Palestinian nationality, permanently reside in one of these countries (with exceptions for Syrians displaced due to current circumstances), and hold an undergraduate degree equivalent to a UK 2:1 or higher. Applicants must also have relevant work or voluntary experience and meet the Foundation's English language requirements.
