Det kan søkes innenfor 3 kategorier: Produksjonsstøtte for profesjonelle kunstnere og ensembler som utvikler nye produksjoner i Vestfold; Arrangørstøtte for profesjonelle arrangører med helårsprogram, med prioritet til de som mottar støtte fra Kulturrådet; og Festivalstøtte for festivaler med høyt kunstnerisk nivå som bidrar til kunstnerisk mangfold i regionen.
