This grant program provides funding for holiday and leisure activities for persons with disabilities in Norway. The program is administered by Bufdir (Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs) and has a total allocation of 32,000,000 NOK for 2026. The grant supports activities such as summer camps, recreational programs, travel costs, and accommodation for participants with disabilities and necessary companions. The program prioritizes activities aimed at children and youth under 26 years of age and activities taking place in Norway, although activities for other age groups or occurring outside Norway may also receive funding. Special priority is given to summer camps organized by disability organizations receiving regular operational support. The program explicitly does not prioritize funding for equipment investments, individual activities, or activities taking place during school or work hours for participants.

This grant program provides funding for culture and activity card schemes that give free or discounted access to individual activities and experiences for children and youth. The card can be designed either physically or digitally, as a card, app, website or something else suitable for the target group. The program aims to give children and youth in families with low income the opportunity to participate in activities they otherwise would not be able to afford. Eligible activities include swimming pools, cinemas, museums, theaters, trampoline parks, concerts, sports events, amusement parks, climbing parks, courses, go-karting, bowling and similar experiences. The scheme is part of a broader effort to include children and youth who are at risk of social exclusion.

This grant supports the establishment or development of equipment lending centers (utstyrssentraler) that provide free or low-cost access to equipment for leisure activities. The primary goal is to reduce economic barriers to participation in recreational activities for children and youth at risk of social exclusion. Equipment centers can lend sports equipment, musical instruments, or audio/video equipment, and can be organized and operated by municipalities, organizations, or associations. The grant covers equipment purchases and/or costs related to facilities, maintenance, or administration of lending operations, including staff salaries. The main purpose is to mitigate the consequences of growing up in low-income families by providing the target group with free or very low-cost equipment rental.

This grant supports cultural, recreational, and holiday activities organized as group offerings for children and young people aged 0-24 who are at risk of social exclusion. Eligible activities include summer camps, overnight trips, after-school activities, theater groups, homework help, and similar programs. Activities must be organized as group offerings that take place during leisure time (afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays) and should create safety, community, belonging, and mastery. The program requires participating municipalities to have a coordination function that oversees voluntary and public work directed at the target group. Funding is provided for periods up to three years with a minimum grant amount of 50,000 NOK per year.

This is a comprehensive Norwegian grant program designed to promote inclusion of children and youth aged 0-24 who are at risk of social exclusion. The program aims to facilitate participation in leisure activities, holiday programs, educational completion, and community engagement. The program offers funding across 12 different activity types, including cultural and recreational activities, job opportunities and guidance, equipment centers, local activity funds, activity cards, activity guides, youth navigators, open meeting places, pilot programs for new working methods, coordination of local work, and support for voluntary organizations operating in multiple municipalities. The target group includes children and youth facing risk factors such as low family income, limited social networks, lack of connection to school or work, and limited participation in leisure activities.

Lillestrøm kommune tilbyr tilskudd til møteplasser for barn og unge for å sikre at alle barn og unge har mulighet til å delta på et fritidstilbud i nærhet av der de bor. Møteplasser skal være et sted for å være sosial, drive egenaktivitet og et sted å være uten å måtte ha forkunnskaper eller spesielle talenter, for eksempel fritidsklubber og ungdomshus. Tilskuddet kan gis til åpne frivillige organisasjoner og grupper som driver barne- og ungdomsarbeid til beste for allmenheten i Lillestrøm kommune. Det skal være lett for barn og unge å delta på aktivitetene uavhengig av hvor de bor, oppfølging fra foreldre eller foresatte og økonomisk ståsted. Fritidsfeltet er en verdifull arena for barn og unges helse og en viktig, uformell arena i kommunenes folkehelsearbeid. Lillestrøm kommune er stor i utstrekning, og for å nå målet om at alle barn og unge skal ha et fritidstilbud i nærhet av der de bor og bidra til å styrke de unges psykiske helse, er det essensielt med gode samarbeid mellom kommunen og frivilligheten. Tiltaket skal skape gode holdninger og forebygge utenforskap ved å fremme respekt, inkludering og trygghet gjennom aktiviteter og sosialt fellesskap. Programmet prioriterer tiltak i områdene Sørumsand og Lillestrøm by, samt aktiviteter i helgen og for juniorgruppa (10-13 år). Det gis støtte til både regelmessige tiltak og enkeltarrangementer som for eksempel åpen hall. Alle som mottar tilskudd må innhente politiattest for de som skal bidra i tilbudet, delta på fagmøter i regi av seksjon for møteplasser for barn og unge, og etablere dialog og samarbeid med den lokale kommunale fritidsklubben. Det skal til sammen deles ut omtrent 1 million kroner.
