Tilskot til idretts- og skyttarlag
This grant program supports sports and shooting clubs in Dovre municipality, with a primary focus on activities for children and youth. The program aims to be simple to understand and manage, fair and transparent, and coordinated with national reporting systems from the Norwegian Sports Confederation (NIF) and the voluntary shooting organization (DFS). Tilskot til musikk, dans og annan kulturaktivitet
Dovre kommune tilbyr en tilskuddsordning for frivillige lag og foreninger innen musikk, dans og annen kulturaktivitet i Dovre kommune. Ordningen er rettet mot stabil drift, rekruttering og inkludering, og skal støtte aktiviteter som er åpne og tilgjengelige for innbyggerne. Dette er en drifts- og medlemsstøtteordning, ikke for prosjekter, kurs, større enkeltstående arrangementer eller investeringer. Tilskuddet fordeles basert på et grunnbeløp (mellom 3.000-6.000 kroner per lag) pluss en medlemsbasert fordeling med aldersvekting, hvor barn og unge (0-19 år) gir 2 poeng og voksne (20+ år) gir 1 poeng. Maksimalt tilskudd per lag er 20.000 kroner. Lag som yter faste kulturelle tjenester for kommunen kan få et ekstra oppdragstillegg på 2.000-4.000 kroner. For 2026 er den totale potten på 100.000 kroner. Ordningen er utformet for å være enkel å forstå og forvalte, rettferdig og transparent, med redusert dokumentasjonskrav. Søkerne oppgir kun medlemstall per 31. desember foregående år, og trenger ikke å sende inn årsmelding, regnskap eller medlemslister rutinemessig. Retningslinjene ble vedtatt 16. mars 2026 og skal evalueres etter det første året.
Produksjonstilskot og avløysartilskot i jordbruket
Produksjonstilskot omfattar fleire tilskotsordningar som foretak som driv vanleg jordbruksproduksjon kan søkja på. Dette gjeld areal- og kulturlandskapstilskot, tilskot til husdyr og avløysartilskot. Søkere kan få støtte for areal- og husdyrtilskot samt tilskot til avløysing ved ferie og fritid. Kravet for å kunna søkja er at du har organisasjonsnummer og har produksjon av eit vist omfang. Alle søkere blir trekt eit botnfrådrag på 6000 kr. Søknaden må leverast elektronisk via Altinn med søknadsfrister 15. mars og 15. oktober. Dersom du søkjer etter søknadsfristen blir du automatisk trekt 1000 kr per dag. Kommunen skal vegleia og handsama søknaden.
Skogsvegtilskot
This grant program provides subsidies for forest road construction in Bømlo municipality, Norway. The program supports sustainable forestry operations by providing financial assistance for building roads that enable economically viable timber extraction. The subsidy is designed to stimulate increased value creation, sustainable use of forest resources, and preservation of environmental values in forests. To qualify, roads must lead to comprehensive solutions that provide a basis for utilizing forest and outfield resources, be approved according to regulations for planning and approval of roads for agricultural purposes, be built in accordance with current standards for agricultural roads set by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, and only the forest portion of the road is eligible for subsidy. Tilskot til verna kulturminne
Vestland fylkeskommune tilbyr tilskot til eigarar av verna kulturminne som treng istandsetting. Tilskotsordninga tek sikte på å gje stønad til istandsetting av verneverdige kulturminne som er prioritert av kommunen gjennom plan eller vurdert av fylkeskommunen til å ha høg regional verdi. Tilskotet skal nyttast til konkrete vernetiltak på bygningar og anlegg. Bømlo kommune administrerer ordninga lokalt, og eigedomar må vere oppført i kommunedelplan for kulturminne for å vere aktuelle for ordninga.
SMIL - Tilskot til spesielle miljøtiltak i landbruket
SMIL (Spesielle miljøtiltak i landbruket) er et tilskuddsprogram administrert av Statsforvaltaren i Vestland og Bømlo kommune. Programmet støtter tiltak som fremmer natur- og kulturminneverdier i kulturlandskapet og reduserer forurensning ut over normal jordbruksdrift. Tilskuddet kan søkes av landbrukseiendommer med husdyrhald som mottar produksjonstilskudd. Programmet dekker flere kategorier av tiltak: miljøtiltak, kulturlandskapstiltak, rydding og inngjerding av gamal kulturmark, restaurering av verneverdige bygninger, tiltak for biologisk mangfold, og bevaring av kulturminner. Spesielt prioriterte områder i Bømlo inkluderer bevaring av kystlynghei (en utvalgt naturtype), bekjempelse av gjengroing av kulturlandskap, og restaurering av verneverdige bygninger tilknyttet fiskertradisjonen. Kommunens tiltaksstrategi for 2024-2027 fokuserer på fire hovedområder: bevaring av kystlynghei, stopp av gjengroing i kulturlandskapet, ivaretakelse av biologisk mangfold inkludert registrerte A-områder og truede arter, samt restaurering av verneverdige bygninger og kulturminner som naust, jordkjellarer, steingarder og historiske driftsbygninger. Midlene tildeles årlig av Statsforvaltaren og kan variere fra år til år. Søknader sendes digitalt via ID-porten/Altinn.
Skogplanting- tilskot
Bømlo kommune provides grants to forest owners for reforestation and forest management activities through the NMSK (Nærings- og miljøtiltak i skogbruket) program. The grant supports various forestry activities including new planting on harvested forest land, seeding, soil preparation, young forest care, stem pruning, thinning, and forest fertilization. Two main grant rates are available: 30 percent subsidy for new planting on harvested forest land and 50 percent subsidy for new planting on reforestation land. There is also a support scheme for denser new planting and supplementary planting after harvesting, with the goal of increasing the number of forest plants when regenerating existing forest areas. All forest owners who have more than 10 decares of productive forest and who have met the minimum planting number requirement can apply for the grant.
Kenneth Sivertsen-prisen
Bømlo kommune honors the musician and composer Kenneth Sivertsen by awarding a prize bearing his name to young musical talents. The prize consists of a bronze statuette on an oak base created by Mike McGurk and a gift check for 28,000 Norwegian kroner. The award is given to performers under 30 years old who have demonstrated great talent through production and/or performance, showing quality and originality within their field. Candidates are nominated by a broadly composed jury. The prize is awarded every other year if the jury finds worthy candidates, with the award presented by the mayor, a representative from the jury, and a representative from Kenneth Sivertsen's family.
Eldsjelprisen
Eldsjelprisen is a community recognition prize awarded by Bømlo Kommune every other year (in odd-numbered years). The award recognizes individuals who have distinguished themselves in their local community by making significant contributions to an organization, association, or helping other people around them. Nominations are accepted from anyone in the community, and candidates can be proposed by others rather than self-nominating. The prize is presented at the New Year's concert by Bømlo janitsjar in January.
Spelemidlar
Spelemidlar is a Norwegian national lottery-funded grant program for building and rehabilitating sports facilities. The funding comes from the surplus of games operated by Norsk Tipping, including Lotto, Flax, Joker, and Keno. Nearly half of the surplus goes to sports purposes, mostly for building and rehabilitating sports facilities in municipalities. The program supports ordinary sports facilities for organized sports and physical activity, local community facilities for self-organized sports and physical activity, and rehabilitation of older facilities. As a general rule, grants of up to one-third of approved costs can be provided for building/rehabilitating ordinary facilities, while grants of up to 50% of approved costs are available for local community facilities.
Kulturstipend
Bømlo kommune distributes a cultural scholarship every two years (even-numbered years) to residents of Bømlo municipality. The cultural scholarship is awarded to those who demonstrate special abilities in music, sports, or art, or who contribute significant effort within cultural life generally. The scholarship is intended as encouragement for continued effort to further develop within their field. Applications are accepted with a deadline of November 1st each funding cycle.
Aktivitetsmidlar
Aktivitetsmidlar (Activity Funds) is a grant program offered by Bømlo Kommune to support events and activities organized by local clubs and organizations within the municipality. Bykle kommune sin kulturpris er en årlig pris som skal stimulere kulturlivet i kommunen og gi anerkjennelse for en spesiell innsats innenfor det utvidede kulturfeltet. Prisen kan tildeles både enkeltpersoner og organisasjoner/lag som har tilknytning til Bykle kommune. Prisen består av kr. 10.000,- samt et kunstverk av den lokale kunstneren Ella Uleberg, bosatt på Hovden. Det deles ut én pris per år, og hvis det ikke er kvalifiserte kandidater, kan kommunestyret velge å ikke dele ut prisen. Nominasjoner kan sendes inn av enkeltpersoner, lag og organisasjoner innen 15. mars hvert år via et nominasjonsskjema. Formannskapet utnevner vinneren, og prisen deles ut på 17. mai. Vedtaket kan ikke gjøres om.
Bykle kommune sitt utviklingsstipend
Bykle kommune distributes annual development scholarships to high-performing practitioners at regional or national levels in cultural fields including music, dance, sports, writing, visual arts, and similar areas. The scholarship is designed to support young talent aged 16-25 years who are permanent residents of Bykle municipality. Up to three recipients can receive the scholarship each year, with each recipient awarded 25,000 Norwegian kroner. The scholarship can be awarded up to three times to the same individual, provided they remain active and demonstrate achievements each year. Applicants must specify how the scholarship funds will be used, including documented expenses related to cultural activities such as training fees, equipment purchases, or travel costs for performing their activities. Applications can be submitted by individuals themselves or by the organization/team supporting their cultural interests.
Støtte til sommarjobb for unge
Agder fylkesting has allocated funding to support employers in Agder who hire young people for summer jobs in 2026. The grant provides up to 25,000 kroner per young person, with a maximum of 5 young people per business. The program aims to address the significant number of young people aged 16-20 in Agder who are outside education and employment, which is wasteful for society and unsatisfying for the young people themselves. The target group consists of young people born between 2006 and 2010 with a residential address in Agder. Priority will be given to individuals with reduced work capacity and/or young people who the employer knows are outside school/education and/or the workforce. Applications can also be submitted for other young people aged 16-20, but the support must be triggering, meaning businesses must hire additional youth beyond those they originally planned to offer summer jobs. A total budget of 5 million kroner has been allocated, sufficient to support 200 young people. Municipalities/public entities, private businesses, and nonprofit organizations with business addresses in Agder can apply. The summer job must last 4-8 weeks, and wages must be paid according to either industry-specific minimum wage rates or applicable collective agreements. Upon approval, funds will be disbursed after the work contract is completed and the business submits a brief report documenting completion of the summer job according to requirements.
Kommunal tilskotsordning til fiberutbygging i Bygland kommune
Bygland kommune has allocated funds for fiber broadband expansion to enable more areas and neighborhoods to receive fiber broadband directly to their homes. All private permanent residents in Bygland municipality can apply for construction grants according to this regulation. The purpose is to ensure that as many of Bygland municipality's residents as possible receive offers for broadband lines based on fiber all the way to the house. The grant covers costs exceeding 20,000 NOK per household in personal contribution, with support up to 10,000 NOK per household that is connected in the project. In special cases, the grant can be increased beyond the 10,000 NOK limit, which will be handled as a separate case by the municipal executive board.
Huset i bygda - Bygningsmessige tiltak
Huset i Bygda provides funding for building-related projects for community houses (lagseigde hus) in Sogn og Fjordane, Norway. The program is funded from the surplus of Sparebanken Sogn og Fjordane with 5 million kroner available in 2026. The program supports structural improvements and maintenance of community buildings. There are different tracks: larger projects with a deadline of April 15, a thematic track specifically for kitchens and toilet rooms with a deadline of May 15, and smaller building projects (up to 50,000 NOK) available through Sparebankstiftinga Sogn og Fjordane with no deadline. The program aims to preserve and improve community facilities in rural areas, supporting the maintenance and development of local gathering places.
Tilskot frå ungdomsrådet
Bremanger ungdomsråd har vedteke å dele ut midlar på til saman 50.000 kr pr. kalenderår til barne-/ ungdomstiltak i kommunen. Midlane skal bidra til å styrke oppvekstmiljøet til barn og unge i målgruppa 0 - 19 år. Støtten kan gis til arrangement, aktivitetar, kurs, sosiale møteplassar, alternative idrettsaktivitetar, festivalar, LAN-arrangement, og nyskaping. Midlane skal ikkje gå til ordinær drift av allereie eksisterande aktivitetar. Det blir gjort to tildelingar årleg med søknadsfristar 1. mars og 1. september. Maksimalt 15.000 kr kan tildelast per søknad. Tiltaket skal vere tidsavgrensa, rusfritt, og ungdom skal vere med i planlegging og gjennomføring. Aktivitetar som treff mange vil bli prioritert.
Fjordane Friluftsråd Motivasjonsmidlar for Strandrydding
Fjordane Friluftsråd offers motivation grants to combat marine pollution in Norway. The program invites organizations, businesses, and schools to apply for funding for initiatives that combat pollution in nature. The funds can be used to cover costs related to cleanup campaigns or preventive measures. Eligible activities include transportation of volunteers to and from cleanup areas, food and accommodation in connection with cleanup campaigns, and rental of equipment or reimbursement for fuel and use of private boats, cars, trailers, ATVs, or tractors. The program aims to support voluntary cleanup efforts in member municipalities including Solund, Askvoll, Kinn, Bremanger, Stad, Stryn, Høyanger, Hyllestad, Fjaler, Sunnfjord, and Gloppen. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with a specific deadline of September 14, and the next call will open in spring 2026.
Tilskudd til bekjempelse av fremmede plantearter
Bodø kommune offers grants to combat three invasive plant species that threaten Norwegian biodiversity. The subsidy scheme is a collaboration between the Governor of Nordland and supported by Avinor. Grants are available for groups, school classes, or associations to conduct volunteer work days against invasive plant species including Tromsøpalme (giant hogweed), kjempebjørnekjeks, Hagelupin (garden lupin), and Kjempespringfrø. Each work day takes approximately 2-3 hours and will be assigned a work leader who is available for help and guidance on the day. The work involves digging up roots, weeding, and/or mowing. Required equipment includes shovels, gloves, full coverage clothing, and plastic bags. The subsidy is paid after the volunteer work has been completed, with a maximum grant of NOK 5,000 per volunteer work day. Applications are processed on a rolling basis.
