Scenekunst – danseproduksjoner
This grant program aims to stimulate and strengthen artistic development and production of professional dance, theatre and other performing arts in the independent performing arts field. The program provides funding for artistic production including performances, with the requirement that productions are shown publicly. Support is available for both single projects and multi-year project support for up to four years. The funding can cover salaries and fees for participants in the artistic development process, production costs such as logistics, venue rental, technical equipment and materials, administration costs, and producer work related to tour planning and distribution. Applications are evaluated based on artistic merit, professionalism, quality, originality, artistic ambition, and potential for both artistic and communication purposes. The program also emphasizes diversity in genres, artistic formats, target audiences, geographic reach, and representation from different backgrounds.
