This grant program supports sustainable tourism development and increased value creation in Innlandet county, Norway. The program aims to achieve a 35% increase in value creation within tourism businesses and 18% growth in full-year employment positions by 2030, aligned with the Tourism Strategy 2025–2030. The program prioritizes ten strategic areas including internationalization and export, competence development and recruitment, efficiency and joint tasks, transport to experiences, development of new seasons, local food initiatives in tourism, increased use of vacation homes, tolerance limit analysis, establishment of destination management, and urban tourism. Applications must describe how projects contribute to Norway and Innlandet's climate goal of reducing emissions by at least 50% by 2030, as well as how sustainability goals will be maintained. The program does not support physical investments, ordinary operations, or sales-inducing marketing activities and booking.

This fund supports large national and international sports events in Innlandet County, Norway. The purpose is to contribute to developing Innlandet's role and position as host for major events and to promote Innlandet nationally and internationally. The scheme is open to organizers of larger sports events of national and preferably international significance. The fund promotes good social, climate/environmental, and economic sustainability in events. Arrangements that demonstrate increased attractiveness and value creation for Innlandet and attract participants and audiences from outside the county are prioritized. The scheme aims to fulfill the county's main goals defined in the Innlandet Strategy and regional plans for inclusion, social security, and climate, energy, and environment, which are based on the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

Eligible projects include competency development, generation of new knowledge, dissemination, facilitation, and establishment of networks aimed at sharing knowledge about sustainable use and preservation of cultural heritage. The grant requires collaboration and coordination between multiple actors in the public and/or private sector. Pure restoration or conservation projects are not eligible. The grant typically does not cover more than 50 percent of the project costs.

This grant program provides financial support to privately owned protected cultural heritage sites and monuments in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The goal is to restore these monuments and their surrounding cultural environments to preserve their source value, experiential value, use, and value creation. The grant covers additional costs associated with restoration, maintenance, antiquarian safeguarding, conservation of fixed inventory, and management of cultural monuments and environments. Private owners and managers of cultural monuments and environments that are protected, temporarily protected, or under consideration for protection are eligible to apply. The program prioritizes monuments with particularly burdensome maintenance and restoration tasks, buildings where significant cultural heritage values are at risk of being lost, and monuments accessible to the public for experience and education.

Regionale tilretteleggingsmidlar i landbruket er en støtteordning fra Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune som skal legge til rette for mer verdiskaping i landbruket gjennom regional næringsutvikling, rekruttering og kompetanseheving. Ordningen støtter prosjekter knyttet til utvikling, rekruttering og kompetanseheving innen landbruk som bidrar til å nå målene i Fylkesstrategi for landbruk i Møre og Romsdal 2023-2026. Søknader kan omfatte tiltak for å øke verdiskapingen fra landbruket, bevare produksjonsareal, øke verdiskaping fra foredling av landbruksråvarer, øke kompetansenivået og innovasjonstakten i landbruksnæring og forvaltning, redusere miljø- og klimautslipp, samt utvikle nye forretningsideer med gårdsbruk som utgangspunkt. Støtten er begrenset til ekstraordinære utviklingskostnader og ikke ordinær drift eller vedlikehold. Tilskuddet fra fylkeskommunen er begrenset til maksimalt 50 prosent av totalkostnad, men i særlige tilfeller kan det tildeles inntil 75 prosent. Kompetansehevende tiltak må være åpne for alle på samme vilkår. Søknader vurderes etter kriterier om kvalitet og innovasjon, effekt og verdiskaping, samt gjennomføring. Søknader på mindre enn 500 000 kroner har ingen søknadsfrist og behandles fortløpende, mens søknader på 500 000 kroner eller mer behandles politisk med fastsatte frister gjennom 2026.

The Marine Environmental Protection and Value Creation Fund supports sustainable development and increased value creation in the marine sector in Møre og Romsdal, Norway. The fund provides support for initiatives to protect wild salmon stocks and develop aquaculture that does not negatively impact wild salmon populations. The program also supports initiatives to secure cod stocks. The fund aims to promote sustainable development and increased value creation in the marine sector of Møre og Romsdal region. Applicants can receive support for extraordinary development costs, not regular operations. The fund does not support activities that fall under other sector or management responsibilities such as the Fisheries Directorate, municipalities, or other entities responsible for follow-up of measures and research on marine resources. Projects must be anchored and have activities in Møre og Romsdal. The fund evaluates applications based on three main criteria: quality and innovation (relevance, innovation, and methodology), effect and value creation (value for applicant and region, further development potential, and communication plans), and implementation (project plan, risk assessment, and resource use). All applications receive scores from 1-7 on each criterion, and projects must score at least 4 on all criteria to receive funding.

Projects must promote green transition, strengthen preparedness and transformation capacity, contain innovation or clear novelty, create value for applicants, partners and the region, have potential for further development after the project period, and facilitate learning, communication and dissemination of results. The funding is particularly relevant for initiatives in green maritime industry, biomarine industry, circular hubs/value chains, or other projects supporting green industrial growth in the county.

The grants aim to help ensure that cultural environments are used as resources and contribute to giving the cultural heritage field a clearer role in local and regional development. Projects must involve collaboration between multiple actors within the public and/or private sector. The program does not fund pure mapping, restoration, maintenance or conservation projects in this call. Grants typically cover no more than 50% of project costs. Priority areas for 2026 include 'knowledge and competence' and 'preservation and use' within the framework of the preservation strategies.
