This is a pilot grant program in Norway for establishing housing and support services for individuals over 18 who have experienced involuntary stays abroad. The program provides funding to municipalities to cover necessary costs for establishing and operating housing and support services. The pilot runs from 2024 through 2027 and aims to serve persons returning from involuntary stays abroad who have significant support needs but are not under threat, or who have additional challenges that make them unsuitable for existing services.
