Varig lønnstilskudd

NAV (Arbeids- og velferdsetaten)

Varig lønnstilskudd is a permanent wage subsidy program designed to increase employment opportunities for job seekers with permanently and significantly reduced work capacity. The subsidy compensates employers for lower productivity due to the reduced work capacity of the employee. NAV provides this subsidy without time limitation to employers who hire or retain a person with permanently and significantly reduced work capacity. The subsidy covers up to 67 percent of wage and social costs, or up to 75 percent during the first year. The maximum refund is up to 5 times the basic amount in the National Insurance Scheme (G) per year, which is 650,800 kroner. This program is also available for individuals at risk of losing their job after being on sick leave for 12 months, or those receiving full or graded disability benefits who wish to work. NAV provides necessary follow-up support to both the employee and employer to support the employment relationship.

Tilskudd til sommerjobb

NAV (Arbeids- og velferdsetaten)

Tilskudd til sommerjobb is a support program offered by NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration) for young job seekers aged 16-29 who have little or no work experience and need help entering the labor market. The program provides subsidies to employers who hire young people for temporary summer positions. Participants perform regular work tasks at the workplace and receive support from both NAV and a contact person at the workplace. The program aims to provide work experience and help young people gain entry to the labor market on normal wage and working conditions. An agreement is made between the participant, NAV, and the employer that clarifies the duration, employment relationship, and follow-up needs. The subsidy is designed to lower the barrier for employers to hire young people with limited work experience.
