TT-kort (tilrettelagt transport)

Buskerud fylkeskommune

TT-kort is a transportation support program for taxi travel for individuals who cannot use public transportation due to a permanent functional impairment. The card is provided by Buskerud County Municipality to residents of Buskerud who are over 10 years old and have a lasting functional disability (over 2 years) that prevents them from using collective transport. The program provides a basic grant twice per year (January and July) that is loaded onto the card, which can be used for taxi trips without any co-payment. For the first half of 2026, the basic grant is 2,800 NOK. Additional grants are provided for specific user groups, including those who need wheelchair-accessible vehicles, those living more than 15 kilometers from the municipal center, and blind/visually impaired and wheelchair users who receive extra state funding of 23,000 NOK per half year. The card is personal and can be used for leisure trips such as shopping, visits, and errands throughout Norway, but not for patient transport, school transport, or work/education travel. Unused balance from the first half of the year transfers to the second half, but is reset at year-end.
