Discover Funding Opportunities

Mobiliseringsordningen 2025 is a funding program established by Vestfold County Council with a budget of 2.5 million NOK to strengthen access to workers with in-demand skills in Vestfold. The program supports projects that mobilize individuals aged 18-65 who are outside, or at risk of falling outside, the labor market. The goal is to help more people find employment through targeted measures that strengthen both individual opportunities and the region's competency base. Eligible activities include education and competency development initiatives, development and collaboration projects aligned with regional competency needs, and various project-related expenses. Support can cover up to 50% of project costs and is available to organizations registered with an organization number that can document accounting activity in the current and previous year, including businesses, non-profit organizations, foundations, and public entities.
