ULF (Youth Quality of Life Fund) is a grant program that provides funding to student councils and youth councils in Innlandet, Norway for inclusive and empowerment-promoting initiatives for and with youth. The program aims to strengthen mental health and quality of life among young people, promote inclusion, belonging, well-being and social sustainability, and stimulate real youth participation in the development and implementation of measures. Projects must be developed and implemented with both students and staff, cannot be single events but part of larger year-long initiatives, must support development and testing of new measures (not continuation of existing ones), be universally accessible to all youth who want to participate, be knowledge-based building on research and local expertise, and include evaluation and sharing of results. The program is part of Innlandet County's comprehensive public health work and supports UN Sustainable Development Goals 3, 4, 10, and 17.

The program aims to strengthen mental health and quality of life among young people, promote inclusion, belonging, well-being and social sustainability, and stimulate real youth participation in the development and implementation of initiatives. Student councils at upper secondary schools and youth councils in municipalities can apply for funding to develop and implement new, innovative projects that are evidence-based and universally accessible. Projects must involve youth participation throughout planning, implementation, and evaluation phases, and cannot be one-time events but must be part of a larger ongoing project. The initiatives should build on research, local knowledge, and user knowledge, preferably using the ABC method (Activity, Togetherness, Meaningful activities) to promote mental health.

Årets ungdomsråd i Møre og Romsdal er en årlig pris som deles ut av ungdomspanelet i Møre og Romsdal under ungdommens fylkesting (UFT) i mars. Prisen går til et ungdomsråd som har utmerket seg ved å legge til rette for medvirkning for ungdom, skape gode møtesteder, bidra til et allsidig fritidstilbud for ungdom, eller på annen måte har gjort en særskilt innsats for ungdom i kommunen. Prisen består av et diplom og 10 000 kroner som det vinnende ungdomsrådet skal bruke til prosjekt eller tiltak som vil gagne ungdom. Ungdomsråd kan nomineres av alle som har tilknytning til Møre og Romsdal fylke. Nominasjonen må sendes i skriftlig form til ungdomspanelet innen den annonserte fristen. Ungdomspanelet står fritt til å velge blant innkomne nominasjoner før de legges fram for Ungdommens fylkesting. Prisen blir delt ut innen april året etter at kåringen er gjort, og gjelder inneværende år.
