About This Opportunity
The School of Art History and Libraries and Museums at the University of St Andrews invites applications for the Colbert Scholarship Programme. The scholarship fund was established from the proceeds of a sale of the artist Philip Colbert's work The Death of Marat and the Birth of the Lobster. Colbert is a leading contemporary British pop artist and University of St Andrews alumnus. The scholarship is open to offer holders on the Museums, Heritage and Society online programme and provides financial support towards tuition fees. Awards range from £2,000 to £6,000 depending on the length of study, with £2,000 per year available for up to three years for MLitt students, two years for PGDip students, and one year for PGCert students. The scholarship is awarded based on academic merit and requires applicants to submit transcripts, a CV, and a statement describing how the funding will support their ability to undertake and complete the course.
