About This Opportunity

This is an environmental exposure assessment and epidemiology PhD project based within Imperial's School of Public Health at the White City Campus. The student will join the NIHR HPRU in Radiation Threats and Hazards team and collaborate with partner institutions including UKHSA, King's College London, Institute of Cancer Research, and MRC Toxicology Unit at the University of Cambridge. The successful candidate will be supported by a bespoke training programme and will engage in public involvement activities, contribute to SCAMP cohort follow-up, and disseminate findings through publications and conferences. This studentship provides home tuition fees covered plus a tax-free annual stipend starting at around £22,780 based on UKRI 2026/27 UK PhD stipend.
