About This Opportunity
Fonden för Psykisk Hälsa supports psychiatric, psychological and suicide prevention research in Sweden. The foundation provides research grants to postdoctoral researchers within five years of their dissertation. Applications must demonstrate that the research project is clearly distinct from the applicant's dissertation project. Research funding is awarded a maximum of two times to the same applicant. For continuation grants, progress since the previous application must be specified. The foundation does not award research funds to private individuals, companies or organizations. Assessment of submitted applications is made by the foundation's scientific council. Special calls for 2025 include suicide research (in collaboration with Suicide Zero) and children and youth mental health research (in collaboration with Stiftelsen Frimurarna Barnhuset i Stockholm). Applications should be submitted as a single PDF including all attachments.
